Jenny, your calming voice is perfect for this practice. I needed a full figure 4 stretch to get any sensation in the hip stretch.

I like this stretch routine and the fact that you warm up first. Great instructions also. I skip the seated lunge though because I have a hip replacement and am afraid it will harm me. Thanks.
