Thank you for taking one for the team lol. I was so nervous about this procedure, and have been feeling like backing out as I scheduled my first one for later this month. I'm going to reschedule for the Micro-needling with PRP.

Thanks for not minimizing the pain of this treatment. I had 4 treatments of this and 3 of Fractora before Morpheus 8 . My Morpheus 8 treatments HURT THE MOST out of everything I have ever done Worse than Fractora, Worse than my face PDO thread lift. I had my provider use the highest setting so that I would get the maximum benefit and more bang for my dollar that I spent. The recovery was not painful ..just felt like a sunburn. Its hard to see a difference on yourself being you look at your face everyday and the results are not as dramatic as a "face lift" but the results are there. I found taking before and after photos of your progress I was able to see my transformation. And yes they are quite dramatic and I also feel I have lost 10 years off my face I am 53 soon to be 54. Mind you I have had 3 Fractoras, 4 Morpheus 8's, 1 PDO face thread lift, Kybella on jowls, several botox and radiasse fillers over the course of 4 years. Lots of money I spent but for me the pain and investment is all worth it. Im soon to be 54 and always mistaken for being in my mid 30s.

I had 3 treatments on face and neck at 45 and loved the results. Beautiful glow, pore reduction, texture improvement and and some tightening around the jowls were my results. I will continue annual upkeep. I love the results.

I just had my third Morpheus8 done today. Pain definitely sucks, but having my eyeliner tattooed on was still worse. With that said, she did go up in energy today and was more aggressive, and I feel like it was no worse than my other two sessions, so I suspect it may get easier as our faces produce more collagen for cushion. I bruised each time (jawline and cheekbone), but less with every session. I’m 36, did a tonnn of tanning in my 20s, was never good about SPF, etc and was experiencing sagging jowls/cheeks. I’ve noticed some subtle tightening, but the greatest benefit so far has been the improved texture and radiance.
Cons: Expensive, I paid $3k for a package of three. Procedure itself is painful, but not unbearable.
Also, I broke our horrrrribly after my first treatment. It cleared up after a week once I started using a benzoyl peroxide face wash on the affected parts (mostly cheeks/lower face). The second time it wasn’t as bad, but I started using the BP wash sooner than a week. I am curious how my face will respond this time. I suspect it was a combination of deep purging (even though I typically have clear skin other than the occasional blemish), and my face responding to the trauma of wtf I had just done to it. lol.
One of the most difficult things is resisting the urge to exfoliate for 5-7 days after the treatment because my face feels like sandpaper in the first few days of healing. But after gently exfoliating with a microfiber washcloth and reintroducing tret, my skin glowsss.
I’ve documented a little bit of my experience, so one day maybe I’ll piece together my own review. It’s definitely not for everyone. Between your age and the condition of your skin at the start (you were gorgeous before the treatment, so I would expect this to be more preventative maintenance for you after one session rather than a drastic difference), your plan of regular microneedling and NuFace is likely such a more practical (and less expensive) plan. I have some time to consider whether or not I will do an annual session to maintain or just start incorporating some microneedling every few months.
For texture and collagen production, I felt this has been worth it. But for the lifting/tightening effect, I will opt for PDO Threads in the future instead.

I just got it done with all 3 sessions and it did hurt a lot but it’s worth it. My feet even shook and I jerked lol but it mostly hurts by the forehead, cheekbones, temples and upper lip. I would do it again but this time my neck as well. My acne scars decreased.

I just did Morpheus8 this morning. I had done a micro laser peel which was pretty good. I did the numbing cream and they did do the numbing injections which was rather painful. The actual Morpheus8 wasn’t that painful but it was uncomfortable. Especially around the areas where there was little fat ( forehead). My face is all read. The aftercare I have to do is to do a mineral based sunscreen. I’m doing one that has 50 spf they recommended Alastin, Colore Science Elsa MD or Isdin. Also to use Hyaluronic Acid Serum a 5 days after. I’m also going to do bone broth with collegian protein for a faster repair. I’m also doing red light therapy a week after. The micro laser peel hurt a bit mire but it was shorter. The Morpheus8 hurt less but it was much longer.

You should look for Virtue RF microneedling it’s way less pain as it has a build in cooling system, just had my 1st session yesterday and it wasn’t as bad as I expected it, some discomfort closer to the jawlines, the numbness cream also made huge difference, she applied think layer and stayed for about 40/45 mins

This device has many adaptable setting. It relies on the experience of the practitioner and you can have the setting for skin tightening as apposed to fat removal. Hopefully they did not remove fat from all of your face area but rather used that setting for spot treatment only. This will tighten skin if used properly.

I’ve done 2 treatments already and do not think it’s worth it! There are so many other skin tray Kent’s that work even better, such as microdermabrasion with a complete and constant skin care regimen that includes sunscreen, vitaminC and retinol (Tretinoin)that really will help tremendously. It’s a waste of money, honestly. Most people that say “they love the result” don’t have a consistent and true skin care regime in place with the necessary products.

Getting back from my 1st of 3 treatments and I honestly don’t know HOW and if I will be able to go over 2 more of these. Maybe because I’m on my 4th period day? I feel like a looser since the lady told me I’m the first patient with so much pain. The forehead and areas with more bone and less fat tissue were the worst ones. By the time she approached the neck (double chin) it felt like electroshocks . She couldn’t performed at the recommended depth due to my pain tolerance and doesn’t guarantee best results due to my pain tolerance. I swear I couldn’t bear the pain, afterwards she made laser treatment and it felt she was burning my skin . Maybe I’m not meant for these type of treatments , do you think was money wasted ?

Why would anyone use Morpheus 8. It's super painful, has the risk to melt fat in the face, costs a ton of money, and results are sub-par. You're better off doing PDO Threads or regular RF.
