    Hi, you beauties! I hope you enjoy this overview of the Pro RF Micronnedling machine we use in the treatment room at work. I totally get that it's not something many people can afford - especially in today's climate - but I want to be able to show how the pro tools work, what the results are, and explain more about their actions and contraindications. Hopefully, it helps you make more informed decisions about professional treatments and whether they are worth having done. While I always include links to where I get my things from, you are under no obligation to use them. Think of them as a starting point for your research :D Also, I apply gel to certain areas to soothe and cool the skin as I go (as I don't use numbing) - conductive gel is only really needed for the fractional tip, but I'm just doing what works for me. Just an FYI before I get bashed for showing it and adding links😆

    Hey TJ, I enjoy your videos. I just read that when it comes to RF Microneedling you DO NOT use serums or conductive gel. Of course except when you are using the Nano tip that presses serums into the skin. The article explained that serums and gels evaporate upon contact. Also the energy you are using to dissolve the little bit of fat on the jawline is being dispersed and not focused where you want it to be focused. I just found this out and thought maybe that’s why you have to keep treating the jawline as you stated in your video….The gel is actually interfering with the treatment and the results you are looking for. It was one of my main questions I answered through a little research….I ordered an RF Microneedle machine and in the training video the treatment was done dry and THEN you would use moisturizing aftercare. I am just passing on the information. Keep up the great informational videos. Thank You for reading.
    Sincerely, MThorn

    Thank you so much for your content. I am reposting Anna's question before I splurge on one of the 2...
    Tj, thank you for this video. How would you compare tightening results of this radio frequency micro needling device vs plaxel plus?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Год назад +2

      Thank you for bringing this one to my attention 😊 the two machines work in different ways, have different amounts of downtime and use two different modalities. They complement each other, but each individual treatment type can help with tightening. Personally, I would say that the RF Microneedling Machine is the best option for skin tightening and rejuvenation while the Plaxel Plus is best for wrinkle reduction and skin lifting (especially for around the eyes, jowls, etc). Hope this helps. ♥️

      Olà Flávia. Tudo bem? 😁 Microneedling, Radio frequency, Plasma Fibroblast and HiFu have all helped with tightening. For general tightening, RF Microneedling and HiFu are best. For more specific and targeted tightening, the Plaxel Plus is king. It all depends on the individual person and what their desires are. 😁 Feliz Natal 🎅

You know with certain RF devices, I mean the one from professional med spa, it does leave your face with these tiny scabs for a few days you know so I'm just wondering. Thanks.

Which mesotherapy treatment is your favourite please? And have you ever personally heard of any adverse effects post treatment? .. Also just purchased a plasma pen you recommended & hope to achieve great results as you did for upper eyelids (mine need help lol !!) My esthetician got rid of my emerging 11s 2 summers ago & they still thankfully have not re-emerged ... Wondering if placing dots more closely together on my upper eyelids would ensure more tightening of skin ?? Also is this area pretty painful afterwards for a couple of days ? Thx 😊🤗😍

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Год назад +1

      Haha. Thank you 🧛🏻 I like good old fashion hyaluronic acid for mesotherapy treatments - though I'm also a bit of a fan of copper peptides. The upper lids are a sensitive area, so expect LOTS of swelling. It takes around a week to start looking normal again, but just something to be aware of. I would say it's better to space the dots a little further apart to allow for the swelling and minimise the risk of scarring and infection. It's better to repeat the treatment a few months later rather than try to rush it into one session (though I'm also not that patient 😜) one thing I've learned is that a slow and safe approach delivers better results in the long term :)

    • @fermageehamiltonthompson1402
      @fermageehamiltonthompson1402 3 месяца назад

      Nano needles are used to help push products into the top layer of the skin and can be done daily as it is not breaking through the skin. The cold hammer is used to help soothe the skin down after the treatment as RF is hot and needs to reach a minimum of 40 degrees C or 110 degrees F so just helps to cool and soothe.

    I am a little more gung ho on my personal treatments, because I have researched all of the different academic and clinical papers and crunched the numbers with the specs on this particular machine to work out specific protocols.
    A couple of questions- why do you use. Inductive gel? The needles conduct directly under your skin and there is the extra chance of infection spreading gels around.
    I have never seen creams or gels used with Morpheus, Scarlett, secret, etc.. until the end of treatment, when a hydrating mask is used.
    2- Do you use insulated or non insulated needles?
    3- Why not use on eyelids? I use up to my lash line on top and bottom lid and it is wonderful- a series of 3 treatments, once a month works as well as plasma pen tightening, without the risk of hyper hypo pigmentation or scarring! The suction gently lifts the skin around the eyelids, so that there is no chance of burning the eyeball, as long as you stay under .7 mm and stack going down to .5 and .3 - .3, .2, .1 duration, and 100, 80, and 60 watts rf energy, respectively.
    I love watching your videos. Since I don't presently have much input, I feel like we are on this journey together.🎉. I have been subscribed since the beginning, I think...and I have watched you with pride, awe and sometimes a gasp😅, as I watch you try a new modality.
    Tell, me. I am starting to start an extreme body contouring self makeover, with cryolipolysis, emsculpt neo, rf, cavitation, LLLT and body rf Microneedling. I'm still crunching the protocols and running into some questions that aren't answered anywhere.
    I also have skin treatment combination questions, but the pros just want to sell training😢. They don't want to answer questions like the specific settings on different machines, what to do, in what order and how to layer treatments, in detail.
    I'll show you mine if you show me yours😉😮😂

      I'm not a dermatologist, but I can offer some general suggestions for addressing hyperpigmentation. Topical creams containing ingredients like hydroquinone, tretinoin, or Tranexamic acid, can be effective for hyperpigmentation. Tranexamic acid 5%, in particular, is known for its ability to reduce pigmentation. Also, remember to use sun protection daily, as UV exposure can worsen hyperpigmentation. :)

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Год назад +3

      Hi Maria Solis 😊 power-wise, it is around twice the strength of my original RF. The main difference is in how the frequency enters the skin, with the needles delivering more uniform heat to a deeper depth. Results-wise, they are more noticeable from this machine than my original RF. However, both are amazing tools for skin tightening.

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  10 месяцев назад +2

      Even with insulated needles, it's essential to be cautious and avoid overtreatment. Waiting for 30 days between treatments is a good guideline to allow your skin sufficient time to heal and recover properly. Treating too frequently can lead to potential harm and may not yield the desired results. Always prioritize safety and follow the recommended treatment intervals for the best outcomes. 😊

Next question, the conductive gel…I see people using this on dry clean skin or with serum like HA so now I’m not sure if I use conductive gel with my Morpheus like device or not? Last question, I’d like to use a low setting up but not over my orbital bone for tightening…is that ok?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Год назад +2

      Hi missygixxer. I read comments 😊 for the thyroid zone, we are taught not to use any type of penetrating frequency directly over it as it could potentially disrupt vital hormone production. If the neck was particularly fatty, it could be ok to do - but I personally don't think it's worth the risk in the long term. When using the needle heads, it should be used on dry skin. I use a little gel when doing a cosmetic session, mainly to soothe the skin as the needles don't penetrate into the blood barrier. But it's absolutely not needed unless using the nano plate tip. Lastly, a low setting around the orbital bone region with the single line tip (which is a single line of 12 needles made for smaller areas) is fine. Hope this helps.
