A gym will always help with it. You just have to dedicate the time to working on it. I thought i couldn't lose my belly with tons of diets. Added the gym in & my stomach is almost gone!!

I agree, but to each their own. Im on a budget and prefer a climbing gym membership over this. I could afford my climbing gym and an unlimited yoga pass for this price. Looks great but learning functional strength feels great and I find long term goals and successes much more emotionally satisfying anyways. Looking good doesn't mean as much to me if it isn't a result of hard work!
