    I’ve been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism couple months ago and on the 2nd month into medication I started noticing a lil weight gain here and there and then it from a lil to gaining 5-6kg in less than a month when ive made no changes to my pretty balanced diet.. I’ve never been overweight in my life and I don’t know how to deal with this unusual abnormal weight gain it’s taking a toll on my mental health and my self esteem has never been this low. I saw your vid on TT and it brought me here. I’ve been working out, changed to a high protein diet and now adding lymphatic drainage into my new routine thanks to you 🙏🏼 I’m really struggling and if anyone can relate you’re not alone in this journey, let’s all heal together ❤ and thank you Mila ❤

      @Enaaajane22 the weight gain is due to the medication. Hyperthyroidism can be very debilitating and can result in graves disease of the eyes. Medication can take months even years to get the right dose. Beware that feeling nervous, sweat palms etc are all symptoms of hyperthyroidism..... research natural things that can help balance thyroid function and get those stress levels down.

      @bluediamond985 Basically stress and trauma is accumulative in the body and once it reaches a certain point it can affect everything from hormones to cortisol levels. Which also affects your physical features and even habits which blew my mind. So many little habits I thought were my personality were just a dysregulated nervous system caused by too much stress in the body

    I also had PCOS w/ a puffy face and managed to sculpt my face quite a bit over a year long period. I started exercising, reducing processed foods and taking Spironolactone for PCOS, which is a diuretic and flushes excess water out of your body. My face looks dramatically different but it was likely 90% the Spironolactone and I'd recommend others to try that for PCOS before doing other things. I had been trying to change my appearance by eating clean for 8+ years and was basically starving myself to get a slimmer face. The Spironolactone is a game changer!

    • @petyavelikova5066
      @petyavelikova5066 6 месяцев назад +1

      Off label Spironolactone is prescribe to reduce androgen levels( androstenedione and testosterone) , the diuretic effect have no significance in treating PCOS, I am on it for 20 years now, initially I started with the heavy gun i.e. Cyproterone acetate which cleared my severe acne, backne and bacterian infections in a matter of 6 months. Then was put on Spironolactone plus transdermal and oral progesterone.

    Hi, my name is zay. I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism since 2020. I had no idea of what it was. back then i was following medication and intensive lifting and exercises. i did loose weight back then but my thyroid was still really puffed and my period was still bad (yes i have PCOS as well). And then during 2023, last year i came across your tik tok, everything you talked about was exactly what i was experiencing. so last year i decided to give it a try. I tried a little bit change in my diet, i tried to take supplements, and slow downed my movement. I noticed my body healing, the thyroid also started looking better and i was a lot out of stress and i felt calm. But lately i lost the track of it and I'm starting to get worse, but every time i check your guides and videos, it gives me hope that i can do this. I'm so glad i came across your video . And i wanna work on myself too. I just hope i don't give up again. Thank you so much. You're my motivation to continue getting better. May you always be blessed, healthier and confidence. Love you so much and your content. will always continue supporting you.

I don't havr any medication now past 2 years. you may take little longer or shorter duration, depends upon body. Trust me Homeopathy is best treating in allergic Rhinitis as well. Both have been gone now. In India Dr. Amol chate is one of the homeopathy doctor. Natural is best treatment for permanent result.

Over the years sometimes i really wonder why my face has become so different (a weird kind of swollen) comparing to years before that. I assumed that maybe i didn't eat healthy food enough, never thought of hyperthyroidism. When you mentioned hyperthyroidism at the beginning of the video, it just hit me hard. nothing thing that made me swell, was allergies. I got allergy tested and found out i was allergic to soy and dairy. I took those out of my diet and it helped the facial swelling.

    Question here girlies!!!! What is the best way to work on your nervous system like Mila said I have also noticed I'm in a flight or fight mode for absolutely no reason and I'm always mentally in a war I know it's insane!!! but I need help i have tried journaling and it doesn't really work for me??? like I'd write everything down and figure it out try to solve it, and have a pep talk then not even two seconds later everything floods in like Niagra falls. That was my little yapp session I hope I can get good advice and put this shit down once and for all!!!!!!!! thankyou babes

      Detachment of the world and its materials. Focusing in Allah and reading the Surah albaqarah daily helped me.

    PCOS and hypothyroidism without hormone treatment is impossible in mid to advanced stages. Its my 30 years of treatment now, and its for life. I am 56 now and I was diagnosed at 21, treatment started zt 26 as modifiying nutrition and life style didnt help much.

    Share diet please 🙏 this is a major problem for me because I'm always hungry and I can't be satisfied when I eat bland food. So I end up eating again to satiate it. What would be good diet to treat this?
