Great video! I am currently an HR Administrator and the next step would be to become an HR Advisor or Business Partner. You’ve provided some great tips, thanks!

Hi David it's been really a long time to see you in here. Because here in India, the mortality rate is increasing everyday due to Covid-19 2nd wave. So we were in great fear to come out from this uncertainty situation. Now, it's gradually decreasing. Thanks to Almighty. Your recent video was helpful for me. The 1 thing I just want to post over here is " 1.How to crack the HR interview, "2. How to answer the toughest questions like job change over". Could you please help me out for this?

In my studies financial management is apart of my hr degree... When in the workplace is that knowledge even used as an hr professional?

      Hi Cardell,
As an HR Professional it is super important to understand how the business that you are supporting makes money. That’s what separates the good from the great! Great HR Business Partners help their people to contribute to the bottom line.
If you aspire to be a leader in HR, eventually you will be responsible for managing a budget. That’s another reason to ensure that you have a basic understanding of financial management.
      Thanks for your comment Cardell!
