    Amazing intakes as usual, the 3rd point made me wonder whether you're supposed to give the solution or to help the leaders develop critical and problem solving way of thinking

      You make an excellent point! I think it depends on the situation and the level of the leader.
      If you were working with a less experienced leader and you wanted to develop their leadership capability, a coaching style might be appropriate.

      I use it to measure my exercise and how well my body is recovering!

    Is it a good idea to change career from IT to HR at 28 age. Will companies recruit such candidates. Please kindly advise. I'm interested to pursue a course in HR.

      It will depend on the company and the role. Bringing your IT experience to an HR role will mean that you look at things differently, which will add value!
