High protein cheesecake

  • Vegan sugar-free cheesecakes: suGarO
    Ingredients:
    Cashews 140g
    Green buckwheat 150g
    Dates 12 pcs
    Coconut oil 2 tbsp
    You can add 2 tbsp cocoa if you like a chocolate taste
    For glaze:
    Sugar-free dark chocolate 150g
    Coconut oil 30g
    Preparation:
    Soak cashews and green buckwheat overnight if you don't like green. Soak cashews and green buckwheat overnight if you don't like green buckwheat, everything can be replaced with cashews. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
    Put in a silicone mold and freeze for 6-12 hours.
    Then melt the chocolate, mix with coconut oil and dip the cheesecakes.

    That graphic in the left bottom corner at the start of the video looked like the contents of my toilet. But by the end of the cooking segment, I was hungry again.
