I've been vegan for over 7 years and I've never felt better! I highly recommend it, but make sure to stay focused on actual plants and not vegan junk food
Hey Kevin been watching your channel for a while you’ve helped me a lot w the medical journey. About your comment ab vegans shoving beliefs down your face, I think you should decide your morals and ethics on your own and critically think ab the arguments to come to your own decision. Who cares what they say it shouldn’t be a factor in your beliefs. But I do think the arguments have lots of merit. Obviously you wouldn’t be that type of vegan anyways
I'm intrigued by the insights shared by Dr. Michael Greger in his latest book, "How Not to Age." It seems he suggests that the consumption of animal protein may contribute to accelerated aging by activating certain pathways. This aligns with research indicating that high animal protein intake can stimulate the mTOR pathway, potentially leading to accelerated aging. Additionally, factors like elevated levels of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) from animal protein sources may also play a role in this process. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on these claims.
great advice ! an educated advice ! Thank you. See ,I am a data scientist and can analyse trends and patterns really well. But when it comes to tracking health, subject matter expertise is important. Could you suggest some very broad kpi for health that could get me started. Say in cycling VO2 max and Max threshold are often measured to suggest improvement from a practice regiment. Are there any specific medical parameters that can be tracked from home. Like I heard you speak about lipids, glucose and such during your fast video. Minimally invasive Home tests that can be used to track would be great Thanks
Why use the title Vegan when clearly it's plant-based? So, is the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics wrong with their "hot garbage" findings? Did you seek help or contact WFPB doctors and/or nutritionists for feedback or a workaround? I understand if people quit because of just the diet; I don't think a Vegan would complain about using a b12 supplement and be okay with exploiting animals that are supplemented with b12.
can you please do a video on statins??? I really want a quality video on someone looking at the data. Also I still am waiting for a video on pre meds matricating to med school after graduating from private vs public college @@kevinjubbalmd
How has your diet changed over the years? What have you learned about your nutritional needs? Let me know below! 👇🏼

Make sure to eat lots of plants with anti-nutrients and lots of fiber that you can’t digest to be healthy lmao smh
Having a healthy diet with variety is the way to go unless you have organ issues and need to avoid protein or some.
Carnivore diet instantly relieved my anxiety and depression… would love to hear your thoughts on carnivore

HRV, resting heart rate, VO2 max, strenght metrics are good places to start.

Just commenting for the algorithm 🖤🤎
Are you going to jump back on a statin?
Back on pravastatin since rosuvastatin caused issues

Are you eating a vegan diet? Plant based is not a vegan diet. Most ppl on earth already eats a plant based diet.
🤦♂️
@@kevinjubbalmd do you eat a vegan diet, because the healthiest plant based diet is the Mediterranean diet, while the vegan diet is unhealthy.
