These are all great! Do you have any modifications or starting points for someone if they can't do a power clean, where do you recommend them starting? I love your take on endurance by adding extra reps and increasing HIIT workouts.
I am one of the fastest non pro tennis player you will ever met and I don't do any leg training at all because I play to many times a weak so basically my speed comes from running every ball when I play and the fact that I always go to the court in bike so I get leg training that way...
What are you talking? Man, tennis players do an amount of impossible things, they're warriors and got incredible abilities. Do this is nothing for them.
