      There really is no need for Dan to make a video on how to reduce body fat percentage since it's rather easy. It's all about calories in vs calories out; for you too lose weight you need to take in less calories than maintenance (that is what your body requires to remain at the same weight). There are diets you can follow but remember that in order to lose weight you need to change your whole concept on food, not just follow a diet that you will eventually grow tired of and then go back to your old ways.
      To calculate how many calories your body needs to take in to lose weight you can use a calorie calculator, like this one: www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
      To calculate how much calories a specific food has you can use an app like MyFitnessPal (Android & iPhone) and then count how much you take in each day. Read up on what you should eat to lose weight. For example, all sugar, soda, candy, fast-food and the likes should be strongly avoided. Increase your intake of meat and vegetables and moderate carbohydrates (rice, pasta, bread, etc). Keto (reddit.com/r/keto) is a great way of losing weight. You can also do what I did to lose weight; eat more meat and vegetables, less carbs and none of the examples I mentioned.
      This leads us to exercise; exercise is great if you want to lose weight and is highly, highly encouraged! But always try to remember this; abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym, meaning that diet is very important to whether you will be successful in your weightloss or not.
      There are many forms of exercise you can do - running, walking, swimming, going to the gym or taking up any hobby you find fun. Any exercise is good exercise. If you wish to run, walk, swim or anything similiar, simply go out and do it. Try to set goals for yourself so you have something to work towards. When you reach your goal you can set another goal; always try to push yourself! Reaching your goals is great since it means you're progressing successfully and it will increase your motivation since you will know that you can do what it takes to reach your goal.
      If you wish to lose weight by doing strenght-training you can follow beginner routines like StrongLifts 5x5 (stronglifts.com/5x5/) or Google and follow any workout regime you like (that's appropriate to your level of experience).
      Progress: Remember to take progress photos and mesure your weight on the scale (once a week, not too often) as it will help you see and record your progress. It's hard too notice your progress by simply looking in the mirror since you see yourself everyday and that makes you not notice the changes and progress to your body.
      Finally, here is a website that's great for motivation and help if you have any questions: reddit.com/r/loseit
      I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
      Feel free to ask me if you have any questions, or just too let me know if this post helped you or not so I'll know whether the time I spent writing this was put to good use or simply wasted! :D

    역도운동에도
    영상의 웜업을 해도되나요?

    • @DanJeongg
      @DanJeongg  10 лет назад

      전신 웜업 이라 괜찮을거같은데 역도에 특화된 동작 몇가지 추가 해주면 더 좋겠네요. 전 역도를 안해서 역도에 더 필요한 동작은 뭔지 잘 모르겠네요
