Tonight’s my first night using these. When I first put it on I felt like it didn’t do much. But I took the strip off while leaving the adhesive on, tried to breathe through my nose, and it was way worse. So it definitely seems to work. Also, it’s really not annoying to have on my face unlike the breathe right strips. I’ll try to update after I sleep!

    • @mechadonia

In my experience yes and no. If you have allergies or your actual sinuses get blocked, it will still be harder to breath bc it’s your sinuses that are swollen not the nostrils restricting airflow. So if you have a blocked sinus and put it on it will still be hard to breathe.
But if you wear it during the day when your sinuses aren’t blocked, it trains you to breathe through you nose, and generally if you can prevent mouth breathing and make nose breathing a habit your sinuses will get used to airflow and not get blocked as often.
I’ve been using a similar product for a few months now and I rarely get blocked nose now.

Not payed means he didn’t receive money. They probably sent him a package for free to review it. But they don’t pay him for that. In exchange for the free package they expect him to put a link in his description for those who want to buy the product after the review. To make it interesting for him they allow a little discount for those who got the code from this video. In this way it’s a win win situation for everyone. Seems pretty logic to me and allows him to be fair while at the same time allows the followers who want the product to get a discount and allows the company who sells the product to get more clients without the RUclipsr being forced to promote their product (because they are not paying him)
