It is true if you want to loose weight fast. Most people need to see results fast in order to keep motivated and disciplined.
I think you get more benifit from the swings if you swing it to the above the head position i think it works your shoulders a lot more doing that 💯👍🙂💪

Stupid exercise. Don't trust anyone who endorses this movement. There are numerous other exercises that are less risky and far more beneficial.
I’m having problems keeping the polar 10 Connected. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on, removing device , then letting it find it, but I always get message “unsuccessful pair”. Suggestions?
Also this is suggestion l If you want a full body workout do Kettlebell Swing and farmers walk. On the farmer walk if you hold the weight long enough you will recruit the chest muscles to assist In holding the weight

If you cant afford to invest in this device what alternative brand of blood glucose monitor do you recommend?
I started with a 70lb and I use a 100lb now. I weigh 290 so I may need to buy a heavier bell now.
You had my interest until you started with the lions diet. You don't even know what lions eat. Cholesterol is not a problem, hell we don't absorb any more than about 5% of dietary Cholesterol. But animal protein sure is a problem. Animal protein is a major contributor almost all existing health problems. Not fat. Not cholesterol. But protein! Lions eat ripe fruit AND small animals they can catch, fur, hide, hair, guts, bones and all, as well as larger animals! If you wouldn't pounce on a mouse and devoure it. THEN YOU ARE NOT DOING A LIONS DIET. You're just making up BULLSHIT! We have NOT got 1 single trait of a lion or any other carnivore animal. We have only traits of a herbivore! And those that take off the blinders off and eat a herbivore diet are much healthier and live a lot longer. Please QUIT spreading BULLSHIT!!!!!!

I love that you explain the "why." It's too easy to just tell someone not to eat something because "it's bad for you," but when you actually know why and the effects on your body, I find it easier to steer clear of certain ingredients.

It’s really not though. It’s just kinesiology. Figure out your maintenance calories for your weight, height, and age. Then eat less than that. Ive lost so much weight by eating less and moving more 😂.

good video, I have been improving my diet for two full years as I was very obese and only now approaching the normal BMI range. The hard part if surviving where I live and being able to avoid seed oils as everyone in bakery/restaurants uses seed oils so eventually that forced me to cut my dining out almost totally away. Sugar is everywhere so my best tool as been Int Fasting as many days per week that I can pull off. To avoid the US wheat I buy only 12 seed whole grain bread and I had to give up pasta and rice. blah blah. PUt I am feeling the results and I will be below my weigh of 35 yrs old in another six months doing it safe and slow.
Brotha, I was with you and then you had to bring up the seed oils. Look at the outcome studies and see that there is no difference, especially telling people how it is a cause of diabetes melitus, clinically I see people who get type 2 DM in relation to their fat to muscle ratio and insulin desensitization and I fear people hearing this kind of stuff to focus on that instead of overall health. No body can debate that someone 40 lbs lighter when obese is healthier than if they cut out enriched flour and seed oils lmao. We should stick to the basics; sleep. exercise, caloric intake, body comp. Then we can really do the icing on the cake stuff. Appreciate you getting out there and seeing that fitness is a lifestyle shift not just eating and exercise in isolation.

Definitely an over simplification of the Omega-6 and Omega-3. Omega-6 fatty acids are needed, but supposed to be balanced with omega-3s. Usually it's out of wack from all the oils found in processed and packaged foods. So the advice still is valid!
