Thank you for this video Tom. Do you know a way to get rid of a cyst in the palm of your hand? It seems like a small cyst developed overnight a few weeks ago between the heart line and the head line below my 4th (ring) finger.
    Any help would be appreciated!

Jane - if it really is a cyst and it’s that fast growing (and especially if it’s sore), I would have it excised or at least looked at.
If it’s more like a nodule - hard, not liquid - you may be developing a contracture such as Dupuytren’s syndrome
These contractures can start gathering in the finger tendons and create limited movement - so:
Although there are injections of hyaluronidase or whatever they are using now which might loosen it, maybe worth a try
But if you are catching such a thing early, - sounds as if you are - work it early and often, combing the tightness away from the nodule(s) with pretty strong thumb or finger pressure. Just keep doing it - it’s your 5 x daily hand yoga for the next months
Good luck - and start now! - the worse it gets, the harder to return to full function
