From my perspective, all that Rolfing analysis doesn’t matter. If someone is hurting. And their pain is primarily myofascial. It’s trigger points. You eliminate the trigger points. Posture changes.

Gordon Wallis except if it has been a chronic problem, and have retrained your brain, the simply releasing trigger points will not be enough.

Scott Turnbull , it only takes a minute to erase muscle memory. When you do that. The brain has to re-evaluate the body. I do that a couple different ways. But I’m not doing what’s currently considered trigger point work. With the procedures I’ve discovered. I’m able to touch the body in an area far away from the actual trigger point itself, and the trigger point vanishes. It’s really cool.
Rolfing is ok, if you are not hurt badly. Anyway, when you have time. Check out what I’m doing? Also, everything I say in here is my opinion. I may have a different opinion a year from now? ruclips.net/video/8jqgoehVdVU/видео.html

I still feel the same. But I’ve gotten so much flack from people telling me there are no such things as trigger points. I’m now calling them Painful Palpatory Areas. These procedures are phenomenal. The pain is gone instantly. Here I am working on a patient suffering with Plantar Fasciitis. ruclips.net/video/jY1s4LP33io/видео.html
Hope all is going well for you. We are living in historic times.

k m , I’d like to add to what I’ve been saying. Trigger points, fascia. It really doesn’t matter. Results are what counts.
One can debate theory forever. So. If you’re helping people. Awesome!
