Hey Zach That was extremely helpful!! I cook for my parents. My hands cramp when chopping and dicing. Definitely felt sticky points around my thumb

This was the most helpful massage and stretching technique I've found to help with my moderate carpal tunnel! I just finished this for the first time and i can already feel a significant difference. I can't wait to see what the results wil be like long term. Thank you, Zach!

People don’t realize how many pressure points are in the hands that will effect the rest of the body

    Again, just what I needed.
    But what about a massagegun?
Is that helpful with any of the fascia selfmassage?

The therapy guns certainly have some benefit but there's nothing like slow deep pressure in the right spots. A combination would have more benefit... especially when done repeatedly over time.
