    Very much like our Chair Yoga teacher yet, no quick rolling at all. Thanks and I like the slow motion better in order to become aware of feet that are our foundation when we walk, and I notice me feelings improved and the fear of falling totally reduced! ❤

    So simple, so foundational, so effective. I walk between 10,000 and 13,000 steps a day, just at work, and my feet are crunchy like breakfast cereal. This felt amazaballs ;-)

    Absolutely love these exercises. Standing on my feet all day for work in restictive boots means my feet ache and hurt a lot. This helps relieve some stiffness. Thank you.
