  • You suffer from hip & back pain? And shoulder discomfort hits every now and then, too? These muscle length training exercises for the spiral fascia chains will help you to become pain-free and more flexible.
    ⌚️ 7 minutes
    ✅ Release tension
    ✅ Adjust dysbalances
    ✅ Improve flexibility
✅ Release & prevent hip & back pain
✅ Solve & prevent shoulder pain
    ✅ Short, simple & effective
The spiral muscle-fascia chains snake around the body in two counter-rotating spirals on the right and left. They allow rotation and are responsible for your stability and balance in the body. Imbalances in this chain often show up in the form of shoulder pain as well as hip and back pain. In our everyday life, we hardly have any movements in which we rotate. With this muscle length training routine you can create balance in your spiral structures again.
Pay attention to the following during muscle length training:
👉 Flexibility exercises are held for 20-25 seconds or 5 breaths.
👉 Inhale & exhale deeply and do not hold your breath under any circumstances.
👉 Listen to your body and adjust the exercise intensity & pace accordingly.
Enjoy your muscle length workout & cheers to your flexibility. 🙌
P.S. You don't have to be mobile to do muscle length training. The exercises are designed so that everyone can participate. 😊 Better flexibility comes with routine. We recommend you spend 15 minutes a day with the STRETCH BAND and incorporate flexibility exercises into your daily routine. 😇

My body guided me here. I felt tension along this pathway and asked chat gpt and it told me all about spiral lines. This is exactly what i was looking for. Thank you.

I enjoyed the practice a lot. I felt a lot of heat and energy and I broke into a cold sweat. I'm autistic and struggle to understand what full range of motion means. I can rotate until my muscles begin to cramp and I like the sensation and relief it provides. Does that help mobilize those muscles? I also struggle with some positiond after many pregnancies my abs want to give instead of my hips.
After the practice I still have tension in my neck, traps, and glute med, if you know how that could be related.

Thank you very good. I’m new and have found fascia flossing stops sciatic pain so I thought I’d try it to stop migraines .
How often should I do this to stop migraines and for prevention

fascia training should be done for short spurts, several times a day, every day.
