And yes, I do think Ultimate Kars can too.
Basically every stand can kill Mahoraga. Because the requirement to kill it is just kill it before it adapts, which most stands can do as many are faster than light or have hax or both. Heaven's Door for example can just write into mahoraga "can't adapt". the problem with erasure is that you would have to erase mahoraga pretty much completely and mahoraga isnt just gonna stand there and let you do it, he's gonna start dodging, and after a bit, he'll adapt and it just wont work anymore
