For installing the new cooler in the housing use 16 lb -ft and a torque wrench. The bolts in the coolers can pull through the cooler and cause deformation and an eventual rupture if over tightened. Overlooked cause of failures.
Very helpful. I’ve never been very mechanical, but had a bad coolant leak in the gasket of the coolant up tube right in front. I was dreading this process, but this totally helps in each step!! Thank you!!!
