10 Min Beach Yoga Flow & Stretch | Full Body Standing Yoga Practice

  • This is a 10-minute Beach Yoga Flow & Stretch Class. We do a full body standing yoga practice (we start and end in Mountain Pose). We go through all movements of the spine: forward folds, backbends, twists, and side bends. We move and stretch the entire body to help you feel good and move with more ease throughout your day. You will hear the soft sound of ocean waves in the background to help you relax. I filmed this in El Nido, Palawan while we were in the Philippines. Enjoy your practice!
