This 15 minute morning yoga sequence (for all levels, even beginners) is designed to help you wake up and start your day right.
👉 The simple 15-minute stretch and flow yoga routine aims to gently move your body, relieve stiffness from the night before, and give you an instant boost of energy.
Starting in Child's Pose, a series of Floor Poses will slowly ease you into your practice with easy yoga movements to start your day. .
The benefits of practicing morning yoga are endless, which is why we love this 15 minute morning yoga session as it is perfect for people of all levels.
👉 Flowing through mostly basic poses that you are probably familiar with, there will be minimal instructions during this class.
If your knees are feeling tender, pad your knees with a blanket for extra cushion. Close your practice by observing how you feel and setting your intention for your day.

Hi there! Thanks for practicing with me. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that condition. Also, because I'm not a doctor, "prescribing" a yoga class for conditions is beyond the scope of my practice and teaching. Having said that, I can design sequences for relatively healthy people who are sometimes bothered by stiffness or soreness in the neck and shoulder area. I will keep that in mind for future classes. Thanks!

Great! Nothing was different. So far, you are the only one who's had problems with other videos. There would be more complaints in the comments section if the videos were not working. I film, edit, and upload everything and I can guarantee that my videos work. Sorry, you have trouble with some of them. I don't know why that is.
Dear Maris, thank you for sharing yoga practise, I want to ask you if it is safe to roll up from a forward fold?
Hi Valeria! Yes, there's a way to do rolling up properly. Press your feet down so legs are engaged, keep knees soft (not locked straight) and core engaged as you come up. Exhale as you're rolling up and inhale once you're upright. I used to do the traditional salutation of inhaling all the way up with a straight back. I don't practice that way anymore as I find it harder on my lower back. Thanks for practicing with me.
