I love all your no hands yoga videos! My wrist was injured last year in a car accident, and still hurts to this day. Pretty sure it's permanent nerve damage and I can't put much pressure on it, let alone my own weight. I've followed most of your no hands workouts, except for the longer ones. I usually only do about 10-20 minutes a day. I know I should do more but I'm working my way up! I would love to follow more of these shorter workouts! Thank you for all you do! :)
