this is something minor but with the home workouts, I have been more comfortable with working out in only my sports bra!! I used to be sooo self conscious especially at the gym but now I am so much more confident and I have you to thank maddie!!!!

Maddie's shoulders and triceps are just fire
in need of more full body strength workouts with weights (the longer ones like 20-30 mins) ive got them all memorized i do them soo much
Full body are best both Inonly prefere no equipment
I would suggest Heather Robertson. she has that style and more.

I basically love every workout she posts but for me this one was especially great. I had way more fun than I thought I would, my mood is so much better now
this was my first madfit workout. A friend recommended. I decided to do this ab workout before I go to the gym, since I can easily do this in my office at home. I am excited to try some of the stretching at the end of the day. I really like how easy it is to follow along.

Could you do an arm workout without weights or a back workout without weights? I LOVE ALL THE INTENSE CORE EXERCISES!! After about 3 months of watching these videos, they are totally manageable and not as hard! Thank you!

Another great work out! Thank you so much posting. I agree with several others below - I prefer a stable camera angle (on a tripod?) rather than dynamic/moving camera angles, which I find distracting. But the actual work out was awesome.
