    this is something minor but with the home workouts, I have been more comfortable with working out in only my sports bra!! I used to be sooo self conscious especially at the gym but now I am so much more confident and I have you to thank maddie!!!!

    Love this workout! But I definitely like a stable point of view more than this type of dynamic / angle view. But the training is still excellent and I most likely will do it again. 💪Thank you Maddie!

    Can't do this as I'm having an eye operation soon as I am suffering from a re curring retinal detachment. Please pray for me and if all goes well, my aim in life is to become fit and healthy and love my body

    this was my first madfit workout. A friend recommended. I decided to do this ab workout before I go to the gym, since I can easily do this in my office at home. I am excited to try some of the stretching at the end of the day. I really like how easy it is to follow along.

    Could you do an arm workout without weights or a back workout without weights? I LOVE ALL THE INTENSE CORE EXERCISES!! After about 3 months of watching these videos, they are totally manageable and not as hard! Thank you!

    Another great work out! Thank you so much posting. I agree with several others below - I prefer a stable camera angle (on a tripod?) rather than dynamic/moving camera angles, which I find distracting. But the actual work out was awesome.
