This video has been a godsend to me, last month had lower back and hip pain and it was getting to a point it was wearing me down mentally !! I found this video in a search a few weeks ago and right after the first time I did it, my pain was gone!! I do this video every morning !!!
This helped me notice how I need to stretch more because the pointing of my feet bothered me n that never happened to me before. Also the hugging myself with appreciation really soothed my soul. Thank you for this I will do this daily . Your voice is also nurturing thank you greatly Queen ❤
Great 5 minute work outs. I have osteoarthritis in both hips (just had injections), a bulging disc at L4/L5 (just had facet injections), and stenosis in the same area. Your short little videos are keeping the mobility going. Thank you!
I really appreciate your channel so much. I love the tender kind way you speak to us. Anything is possible even if we can only move a bit. I am always amazed at how stiff I was at the beginning and now with time I am able to flex more. It is deeply relaxing and has helped me with my stress, posture, my flexibility and just feeling better about my body. Ive been trying to find stretches for sciatic pain. By the time we got to the feet flexes, it was instant release. Maybe the timing and order of stretches did it - but amazing!

This is the best stretching video I have ever seen and practiced to. Your voice and instructions were so soothing and helping. A feeling of gratitude just rushed through my body and through your words really felt like I should be connecting with my partner (body) more often. I’m not giving her the love she deserves.
Hi Jessica, I’m currently having lower back issues & your videos are helping 😍 when I extend my leg on this video my knees make a grating sound ( they sound like they need oiling 😁) but they aren’t painful so I was wondering if I’m still ok to continue with the exercise? 😊

This is amazing, I dance and have a lot of tension in my kegs and back and when I was done this it was almost gone!
