I have done PT and have “graduated” for all of my exercises for my low back pain that I do daily. I have been diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy. I have chronic low back pain. I have gotten many cortisone shots and radiofrequency ablation, all of which have failed. I cannot stand in one place or sit in chairs without pain. All I can do is my PT lying flat on my back, of course sleeping on my side, which even causes some pain, and lots and lots of walking. I am finding incorporating a couple of these exercises that you have shown in your low back pain videos similar to my home progress and add-ons approved by my PT very helpful, and you are an excellent teacher, thanks!
I find spending precious five minutes a day for myself to be more mindful of how my body feels so precious and important to stay healthy and peaceful. Thanks so for today's lower back stretching, Jessica. It really helped a lot to ease my stiff back.💖💙🙏
Thankyou so much for this video i was suffering from tired lower back and lumbar pain i feel there is some space created in my spine. I have a good mind body connection, i do regular workout and yoga, I myself know so many stretches and exercises but nothing was working until i tired this. Can’t thank you enough❤
This was nice and gentle and a great way to wake my stiff back up for the day ahead. Possibly would have been more “mindful” without the Border Collie puppy trying to help me, but I do like the way you slowed the exercises down. I tend to often rush through exercises and this was good for me. Thank you.

I just paired this with yesterdays upper back and I'm feeling good! I have one question about the unlimited. Do many of the workouts require equipment? I have basic things like bands and a ball. I wouldn't have the space or funds for a reformer or anything more elaborate.
You don't need anything for UNLIMITED! We have optional workouts with bands and lots of workouts with small hand weights, but you can always chose the workouts without any equipment as well!

Do you have something in between mermaid pose and cross leg? Mermaid pose hurts my back knee but cross leg doesn’t give me an quad stretch.
