Crushed it. Here’s the perfect illustration of what Sydney can do for you: This workout came out a little late today, and I wanted to work out early. I did a 60 minute HIIT from 2 years ago. Then this one popped up, and I can’t bear to skip one. So I had breakfast and lunch, played with my kids for a while, and came back to do this one too. I’m now dripping in all the places, but after 18 months of Sydney workouts (nearly a year of every single day), I am strong enough to have done 2 hours of this. I’m going to shower, have a massive salad for dinner, and look forward to tomorrow’s stretch!!!
Sydney: "Just a pushup, a half pushup, and a pike... okay?" Me: "No Sydney, NOT OKAY!!!" hahaha but don't worry, I'm not mad anymore. So I've been doing your workouts almost everyday since the end of March and I was feeling a little discouraged bc I didn't feel like I had made much progress. Just blamed it on the quarantine diet..lol but I stepped on my scale today and I had not lost any weight but had gained about 2 percent muscle and lost almost 3% body fat! I did it several times bc I was in disbelief but it kept telling me the same thing! Not sure how accurate those type of scales are, but I'll take it! Thanks for the workout and definitely love the stepped up version this week! I say keep on pushing us! Thanks again and love the new stage and the color changing lights! 👏👌

I didn’t see the new workout until I was done with an older 60 minute full body HIIT from RC90. I skimmed through it and it looks like I did pretty much the same muscles but it looked fun, maybe I can get it sometime.
Note to self: Don’t do this workout when you’re hungover asf and full of Nandos chicken... Maybe working out on my cheat day wasn’t such a good idea. Almost yaked. Again. 🤪 These workouts just have me keep coming back, even when I’m sick asf lol.

This is my birthday week! I turn 50 on Saturday. I was 32 when I started my fitness journey and took back my health and well being! I thought I was in pretty good shape till I began my journey with you on 3/19/20. Almost 2 months later and I am amazed at how much more I can do. This is my first 60 min routine with you! I was DEFINITELY scared because it is longer than I’m used to. BUT, you never fail to amaze me. It was challenging enough for me to be dripping in sweat and feel like I got a killer workout but not so hard that I am demotivated and quit. About to hit play but love the new explanation for the calorie burn! Definitely varies per person! I’m 29 5’4 112lbs and it takes me about 20-30 minutes to burn what it takes Sydney to burn in 10. It just goes to show how our body types, fitness level, age etc. can determine to amount of calories burned
That was a great one! Thank you for staying with 60 minute classes. They are needed to build stamina. I really liked the level ups. Your workouts are the only ones that compete with the harder classes at my, (now COVID closed) gym. TYVM!

Glad I slept in today and had my quiet time with God before exercising as it sounds like it posted late. Great sweat. The criss-cross jumping jack with kick were my favorite - how fun! Drank 24oz of water during this workout alone-whew! I'm going to make a spinach protein smoothie for my lunch and go watch the WWII Whiskey 7 plane flyover our local upstate NYS hospital to honor first responders, essential workers with my husband and kids. Me, too. It may not be accurate for the individual but it gives you a sense of how difficult the workout is relative to the others ones.

This is my first 60 min routine with you! I was DEFINITELY scared because it is longer than I’m used to. BUT, you never fail to amaze me. It was challenging enough for me to be dripping in sweat and feel like I got a killer workout but not so hard that I am demotivated and quit. Thank you for being you and crushing every workout routine. You are something special!

About to hit play but love the new explanation for the calorie burn! Definitely varies per person! I’m 29 5’4 112lbs and it takes me about 20-30 minutes to burn what it takes Sydney to burn in 10. It just goes to show how our body types, fitness level, age etc. can determine to amount of calories burned
That was a great one! Thank you for staying with 60 minute classes. They are needed to build stamina. I really liked the level ups. Your workouts are the only ones that compete with the harder classes at my, (now COVID closed) gym. TYVM!

Glad I slept in today and had my quiet time with God before exercising as it sounds like it posted late. Great sweat. The criss-cross jumping jack with kick were my favorite - how fun! Drank 24oz of water during this workout alone-whew! I'm going to make a spinach protein smoothie for my lunch and go watch the WWII Whiskey 7 plane flyover our local upstate NYS hospital to honor first responders, essential workers with my husband and kids. This was a killer workout!!! The last circuit where we didn't get rest was a killer but I felt SOOO good afterward. I'm about to go take a shower and listen to a podcast. This is my first time commenting but I've been following your workouts for the past two months since we've been under social distancing restrictions. I'm an avid gym-goer and have always been turned off by the idea of working out from home. I discovered your channel when I was left with no gym option but I've LOVED challenging myself in a new way with your workouts. They really push me and your sweet, encouraging and caring personality are so lovely to see every day. It's evident you have such a passion for what you do and put your whole heart into it because you genuinely care about helping others achieve their goals and become happier, healthier individuals.
