46 ways to grip the Vipr? I want to see all the videos of what is possible with this so I never run out of ideas. When I'm at the gym with it, I only remember a couple.
Just FYI, there is nothing wrong with these workouts per se, but you can do them with almost anything that has weight. If you want this workout to murder you, google "Sloshpipe" and how to make one yourself. It's basically a large diameter PVC pipe filled with some water. As you move around, the water sloshes and you must compensate to keep from falling down. Use a sloshpipe with some of the basic movements seen on this video, you won't need much else.
what lever you use in the body, and how much weight is on each lever does play a crucial role in how your bones move and in turn which muscles lengthen and shorten.
Ya the guy shouldn't of said that. It's more like working the body in a kinetic chain: the way the body works naturally. Now if he said something of that nature, it would have sounded a lot better and he would be accurate within the realm of Kinesiology.
This looks like a very nice workout tool. But doesn't this cost like $350 on Amazon?? Too expensive. I'll bother with a broom and I might get the same results. Lol
It's not really even being used like a sumtola, LOL. They also look like shittier strong man logs: www.roguefitness.com/strongman/logs-axles-handles/logs
Michol, I read the comments. They don't get it. I am actually stunned by the lack of understanding. So sorry, I'd like to think they're just Drump voters, but no, I think it's when someone's glass is full, no more can fit.
Thank you, Pete and Michel!!

and "mass and weight are two different things, as we know", correct, but levers change neither of these.

as a physics student, the "shifting through fields of gravity" thing killed me.
Tell me about it. Even legit trainers fall for this kind of scam and teach unsound theories. All we have is our own common sense these days.

Exactly! Seeing as in Gravity is a lie! = Bouyancy + Density
you don't get it.
legit trainers? Do you know who you were commenting on. What if it turns out that you just didn't get it?

Inventor wtf? This is copied from Indian exercise instrument "sumtola".
Hattori Hanzo absolutely correct.
It's not really even being used like a sumtola, LOL. They also look like shittier strong man logs: www.roguefitness.com/strongman/logs-axles-handles/logs
It's called hauling and chopping and moving firewood
Surely this has to be a troll?

Rex it would be really cool if you helped anyone “to get it”. But for some reason you’re not going to educate, you just whine and blame
He didn’t invent this. Its been around for thousands of years in India and Persia, but made of logs. 🤡
"loaded movement training"= pick up something and do some made up shit with it.
Scam
