      Hi, for this clip I used 8kg. For most of movement 8-10kg is enough if the smooth weight and load shift is the main priority.

    This is a Great channel and the way you film and show us different angles of each exercise is very good. Keep up the good work and if you can edit this video with the name of the movements that would be fantastic

      Thank you Ghee Ignacio, you are right. I should have included the namea. It was some of the first clips I have made and haven't thought about it. Now, I am wiser.

    Thanks for several ideas ! Do you still use your VIPRs? And if so, what are your favorite moves (for yourself and for newbies)?

      I am glad you got some ideas from this. Yes, I still use ViPR in training, mainly as a accessory tool for rotational sports athletes. It allows to smoothly load a sport specific movement in a very natural fashion. Mainly I use Swings and Twists different sorts. For these type of movements ViPR offers very unique environment. What are your favorite moves?
