Bought a second one and mounted it on a post 11 ft directly opposite my original. Started using one in each hand (escrima) and quickly mastered that technique as well. I then cut both sticks down (about 1/3 the original length) and while still attached to each post.. I joined the short sticks together with a couple of swivels and a 2-in length of chain... and began an ultra impractical and unsafe free-style Nunchaku course. Having quickly mastered that..I separated and then cut the sticks down to 10in long & turned them on a lathe until they were the diameter of a pencil. So.. while each stick was still bungee tethered to its post, I began using them as an ultra impractical pair of chopsticks. The burn in the forearm muscles was challenging.. but I quickly mastered that as well. Now with a regular set of chopsticks.. I can Miyagi pluck any Upland game bird from the air the moment the dogs flush them!! Also.. I can beat the hell out of anybody..
Pete's Rip Trainer class was my favorite workout of the entire IDEA PTI Conference, and there were a LOT of good ones! His clarity of teaching and precision in technique translated perfectly. Now I just need to practice! Thanks, Pete!
Great I love it - Pete thank you for this amazing material to work our core and whole body. As a personal trainer I can do many variations exercises with both TRX and TRX Rip trainer. And guys I recommend you buy the right one, not fakes! Iva, Denmark
great videos, Very descriptive and easy to follow. We should collab sometime when this is all over. I've also created a bunch of TRX tutorials, check them out.

great for personal trainers. Pete is an awesome presenter for IDEA conferences.
Got one of these as a gift but barely used it. This really inspired me to put it to use. Great to see the creator as coach!!!

Great excercise, but this backround music is very stressful. This Video could be much better if you can only focus on the excercises.
You should really give credit to Functional Patterns instead of acting like you invented this.
physical therapist, certified strength therapist and a total sell out. This is ballistic training, will cause more problems then it will help anyone
