I agree, the 3.0 Supercharged S5 is such an absolute gem. I thought I would never like a car more than my e46 M3 but ever since I got the S5, it’s been my new favorite. It’s gorgeous, it’s fast, it’s tuneable, it’s reliable, it’s luxurious. Literally everything you could want in a sexy coupe package. Also I think the GTR comparison is fair, it feels like a German Skyline and I have the AWE touring exhaust and everyone says it sounds like an R35.

@@idrizkast1031 that’s true M cars are going up in value but I’m willing to bet the B8 & B8.5 are at the bottom of their depreciation curve. Used e46 and even e92 M3’s were cheaper than S5’s only a couple years ago, which is why I got the e46 back then. But as far as maintence goes there’s no comparison, my e46 and Dinan 650 both had catastrophic engine failures right around 120k miles and even before that they cost thousands a year to maintain. My S5 is now approaching 130k and hasn’t had anything break or any major services, just regular fluid changes and it runs like a brand new car (as well as out performs both the e46 and e92).

I love all cars but I listen to my follow friends, family, neighbors and machanics that work and some that wont even touch a Audi. Why do you think you got such a good deal, the last guy spend 20-30k and you spent 7k in a short while and you dont even drive it. Im a part time car dealer, I owned over 100 cars that I bring from Florida auctions to NY and im just trying warn you that its an expensive Volkswagen. My 2000 Jetta I spent so much money on that car and it was basically brand new, upgraded turbo R32 wheels, blow off valve that made the girls go crazy but when I went to start it one day like usual, the key broke. Same thing happened to my S320 w140 Benz but what im trying to say is good luck mate, maybe I am a hater or you should watch Flying Wheels on RUclips, his a dealer also and i try to warn him about Audi, his first bill was 7k also and than 5k a few visits after that never fixed the problem, he went to a friends shop and any audi mechanic knows a missfire can mean many things, audi is smart and cut off petrol to a bad cylinder and guess what? the dealer ship couldnt even figure out the problem after trying to charge him even more money but now his getting a new engine hopefully on a 70k mile car. The only audis he has that havent given him any pproblems yet is a RS3 he sold really fast (thats why no problems occurred) and his new E-Tron. Please stop thinkin you got a good deal, you got suckered into buying a good looking car that with only stay in ur garage because you admit already, your afraid to drive it because of the cost to maintain @@leon__feinstein

I have a 2013 S5k with 20 Vossen wheels on HR springs all carbon exterior looks amazing. Stage 2 plus with valved ECS exhaust great for cruising no drone closed, opened its much louder than your setup which I only run while paddle shifting to control the sound to exact perfection. This car is worth much more than its selling for, nothing else out there better bang for the buck by a long shot. I'm at 42k miles and have all the best parts on the car, would not let it go for anything less than what I paid. Prices should go up on these as its the most reliable engine trans combos to come from audi ever and IMO the best looking as well. These cars are no joke and be dammed to find something better for the money.... You wont.

Nice video. I absolutely love my 2013 B8.5 S5. Got it at 99,000 miles and I’m at 118,000 now, I’ve spent about $3,000 on maintenance over 3 years and it’s been great to own. Mines a premium plus and I do not have drive select, I kind of wish I did but the car still feels amazing. I’ve got the 034 intake along with their Stage 1 ECU tune and their TCU tune and it always put a smile on my face.

@@idrizkast1031 it’s the only $3,000 I’ll have to spend on the car regarding major maintenance - the PCV valve was replaced and valve cover gaskets were replaced within this $3,000 that I spent. The car will be bulletproof now. Also, that’s about $1,000 a year on maintenance since I’ve owned the car. Not expensive at all considering it’s a German sports car that does it all. Decent gas mileage, 400 all wheel horsepower, looks amazing, sounds amazing and performs exactly the way I want it to. I bought a high mileage German car knowing what I was getting myself into, and to be honest it’s been very good to me in my opinion.

I sell cars on the side now, bring them up from Florida to NY, the worst cars out of maybe almost 100 cars I have sold, VW, Audi, Saab are the worst cars ever made period. I also owned a 2000 Jetta when it was brand new, ill never forget when I was on a date with a girl for the first time and the key broke while trying to start it. I had the R32 wheels, upgraded turbo K04 Turbo, blow off valve.. I put so much money into that car and it was never abused. Sold it after 2 years and in those 2 years it spent 1 year at dealership getting things fixed constantly. Got a Rx7 now for 12 years with 60k miles and it only needed a fuel tank and fuel lines and fuel pump for sitting to long and rotary cars are suppose to be the worst if you ask anyone, but mine is non turbo 5 speed and never ever left me stranded, my 2000 BMW 740 has 17k miles and its a collectors piece so I only added 1000 miles in 3 years.. you can see pics of it on insta @1986_rx7.. old lady sold it to me with 16k miles and its a gem of a car.

Where did you get your intake from because it looks to be big in diameter allowing lots of air. I was looking into a 034 intake but they get quite pricey. Is your exhaust loud enough to attract people you wouldn't want attracting? Also does your exhaust remove any of the muffling systems such as the resonator, muffler and straight pipe?

    • @leon__feinstein
      @leon__feinstein  2 месяца назад

The Intake I have is from I.E (Integrated Engineering)
I got it for $350 (without the carbon fiber cover, do not get the cover it makes the supercharger more quiet) it also costs $650😂.
I have the AWE Track Exhaust, and it only gets loud if you go into sport mode, during comfort mode it sits under 2,500 rpm and makes very mild noise.
It deletes both the muffler and all resonators yes.
For the tune, I bought it with the Stage 1 034 and the car did not come with a transmission tune. You do not need to upgrade the transmission in order to achieve stage 1 power out of the motor. However, once you go stage 2, that’s when you’ve gotta upgrade everything over the moon.

The plastic in the car is a lot different compared to other plastics. It’s a lot higher material, and from my experience no squeaking at all.

You should watch craig from flying wheels, i kept warning him. He got a bunch of audis and he loves them all and out of all his Audi's, even his a8 needed a engine out jon at 70k miles, sure the 4cyl 2.0t only made to last 60k miles tops if your lucky but the v8 you would think would last past 70k. Audi spends a lot of money on the interior and no money on anything else like the engine! And that's just to suck in the suckers.

I bought this at 16. Had a great experience with it. But if you are as picky about issues as I am, please do not get it. I have extreme OCD when it comes to the perfected condition of my cars, and with that comes noticing in every minor leak, dent, scratch, etc:
Hence the reason why I also spent $10,000+ already on this car to maintain it. Then again, I did buy it at a significant mileage point and notable maintanence issues are starting to go at that type of age point.
Buy a Honda or Lexus as your first car, or whatever car you get next. It’ll save you a headache. If getting a car like this to increase your status amongst a certain community you are around and you use it correctly in branding and marketing, it may be worth it. Similar to how I love cars, but also use my S5 as a brand and everything around it to help me achieve certain things in life.

Looks like you have nothing better to do than trash on other peoples cars and the best German brands out to date. I agree with the fact that this car, as well as pretty much every German car is a lot less reliable than the toyota and honda like counterparts. However, that's not why you buy one of these cars. Its craftsmanship, engine, interior, and exterior is what makes it all special and counter balances its unreliability. Go find something more productive to do than spamming my comments section with bs comments bud. Ok?😂

I wouldn't have thought that was possible if I hadn't witnessed it myself..
The Toyota...the entire rear suspension needed replaced (at 97k) the trans oil cooler lines gave out leaving us stranded, the power locks broke, the volume knob for the stereo doesnt work, one of the seat belts will not retract, and then theres the rust issues....
