Props to the Irish commentators they were pretty good at pronouncing the Portuguese names. I was wathcing women's football (Northern Ireland vs Portugal) the other night. The Northern Irish TV comentators and especially the announcer at the stadium completely butchered the Portuguese girls' names. I was cracking up the whole game. It almost like they invented a new name for each of the girl (Nazarina instead of Nazareth, Machacho instead of Marchão, Yaquinto instead Jacinto, Encarnaccio instead of Encarnação, etc) 🤣🤣🤣
