Hi I am 53yr old from the UK and yes we said that mantra too. Only now I have more than my fair share. I added your workout to my very gentle daily routine which I started about a month ago and it does work the girls do look a bit perkier these days. I feel it in my shoulders so wasn't sure if it was working but had to put some proper clothes on the other day and they fitted so much better. thank you
Having Hashimotos for years has caused muscle wasting. Then, after basically laying on my bum for a year after brain aneurysm surgery and the complications that followed, I have 100% muscle wasting. This was actually a hard workout for me, but very helpful! Thank you for sharing! 💓
Hi, I too have Hashimoto's and coupled with horrible menopausal symptoms has laid me low but I keep going. I found Fabulous 50s about 2 months ago and have been exercising at least 6 days a week for about 2 months now. I definately feel stronger but it's a struggle. We are strong and we can do it!! This is one I'll keep in my Fabulous 50s rotation. Definitely challenging and it definitely benefits to do some stretching (arm across body, triceps stretch) after finishing!

I have been following you and doing your routines for nearly 2 years now. Since being diagnosed with MS it has been critical that I improve my fitness and strength to help manage the condition. Shellea, your positivity and inclusivity have helped me to get moving and do more exercise. I have increased fitness and improved strength and thereby managing the MS. Together with my husband we do a couple of routines 3-4 times a week and every weekend. Thanks for the videos - we have tried the rest but always return to the best.

This workout really works! I do it almost every day since june, at least four times a week. Last week I pulled out of the drawer some bras that I could no longer wear because they were tight. Now they are fine and the cups are full for the right.😀😀😀

Love your workouts! I am hoping to be able to get rid of excess fat as well as tighten a lot of loose skin. I have lost 135 pounds and still have about 50 to go, but I can no longer stand the sight of the loose skin. I know I probably won't get rid of it all without surgery (too expensive), but I want to do the best I can. Thank you for your videos!
Oh yes I could definately feel these exercises, I didn't use weights this time on the last 3 exercises, as first time doing these exercises in a long time, I normally do Yoga, so it's amazing what different muscles I have used, and it's great to see the diagram you showed, thank you Shellhea

Done consistently, I can really see a difference in my chest! These exercises tone my chest muscle which makes my chest look better overall. Makes a better appearance when wearing tee shirts and sweaters. I used 3 lb. weights for last three exercises. Thank you Schellea!
