Merci pour tous ces tutos et vidéos, qui permettent de se lancer dans les réparations de cette voiture, qui coûte beaucoup trop cher, si on va chez le garagiste...

Here is a step that helps you keep your car in alignment when changing tie rod ends. From about the center of the tie rod end "ball", measure up the rod 10-12" and make a mark (scratch the rod with a screwdriver or use a wax pencil). When installing the new end, screw the end on until the measurement from your mark is the same (no more counting twists either!!).
The new tie rod end will be pretty darn close to the original.

Nice video! In addition to the grease fitting, your Moog stabilizer has a wrench fitting on the shaft (no more Allen wrench to remove it!!). You touched on this for the installation, but this is KEY for anyone in an area that salts their roads in the winter. I've all but given up on trying to use Allen or Torx when removing those (I cut them off). Great job!!

Cool stuff as always. Funny thing I replaced my links as well with Moog last year!!! I ordered new OEM PCV valve and hose And Manifold intake gaskets for a what looks to be a difficult job! Let me know if you’re going to do the PCV valve sometime this year. Cheers!

Thank you Orlando Sanchez I hope the Moogs will do well on the Mazda’s. PCV valve, I’ve never done this yet. Looks like this job will take a little time and some patience to get this replaced. And a 6-pack 😂 🍻

From experience with my Mazda 5, when sway links are due, you are well overdue for swaybar bushings too. I looked your vid for the links, thanks. Did you end up changing your swaybar bushings too? I did mine at same time.

Swaybar bushings on the Mazda5 were the absolute worst. The rear bolts of the wishbone brackets that house the bushings are nearly impossible to access, even with a lift. The front bolts were easy enough from the wheel well but I wouldn't attempt this again.

How did these hold up for you? I have a 2009 Mazda 5 and after a bunch of research ordered the Moog end links. They actually just arrived today so I didn't even install them yet. The reason I ask is as I was researching I saw a few people mention the Moog links didn't last long at all and also that they are uncoated meaning they will rust vey fast. Curious to hear your experience before I install them.

Nice video! How do you know when it’s time to replace these?

I replaced mines due to torn boots, clunk noise over speed bumps usually is the cause from bad stabilizer links.
