    I just made it, double the ingredients for 10 inches square pan. The cake is quite low, maybe 8 or 9 inches would be perfect! It's super soft and the lemon flavour is sooooooo amazing! Love it very much, thanks Apron!

    Hi Apron! Just tried it ytd night and it turned out really well! The only modification I made is that I did not put sugar with the yolks but added 60g of yoghurt when I used yoghurt that alr has sugar. Thanks for the recipe! I like it that the sourness balances out the sweetness from the meringue. 柠檬酸奶对甜度的综合刚刚好

    I tried this today and it went so good on the first try! I baked it on a normal round pan at 150C for 1 hour since I don’t have the tube pan and it still came out fluffy and the texture is almost melt-in-your-mouth! Would definitely save this recipe ❤️

      Tabark Alfraih no need for baking powder in this recipe. The whipped egg whites will do the trick (:

    So soft, the lemon so fragrant (use a 125gr lemon for more zest), not too sweet, only 100gr sugar, no butter, makes it less guilty eating. Thx Apron for your recipe, easy to recook.

    Hi Apron. What a rich yet simple recipe. I am a great admirer of your baking. But I am little curious, don't you use baking powder/baking soda or any cake rising ingredient when you are using cake flour? Many thanks.

      Hi, no, cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

    60مل أو ربع كوب زيت نباتي
    50مل أو 3 ملعقة كبيرة زبادي

    4 بياض بيض
    ملعقة ونصف عصير ليمون
    درجة الحرارة 170مئوي
    مدة الطهي 40 أو45 دقيقة

    I tried this recipe in a regular cake tin. I did not follow the bake temp stated in the video as I was not sure if it would work in my oven. The cake came out great and the tartness of the lemon yoghurt tickles your taste buds.

    I baked this cake 2 days ago and the result was mind blowing. I followed the recipe exactly as noted. I would like to ask if I bake pandan chiffon cake can I use yogurt again instead of milk because I think yogurt works better for the recipe as it did for lemon yogurt chiffon.     G'day, I follow your recipe but may I know why the chiffon won't raise as high as yours? Is it due to the egg white over mixed to the yolks batter?

      Hi, there are many factors for this, excessive stirring causes defoaming or insufficient beat egg whites

    Tengo una duda, x favor puede decirme la harina es: 100 gms. solo de harina, 3/4 taza ó de 3 - 4 tazas de harina. Se ve riquísima la rosca. Gracias

      Pregunte esto de la harina xk 100 gms se me hace poca harina, y cuando vacían al molde se ve mucho masa, es x eso k pregunto de la harina. Gracias, espero su respuesta para hacerlo, esa es mi duda. Bendiciones

      Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume. The density and volume of each ingredient will be different in different countries, if there are discrepancies, the grams shall prevail

    Did you put the tube pan in the oven or directly on gas and covered it with a lid. This type of pan is not available in India . Recipe is very good. Regards

      Idk the exact ratio but you can subsitute cake flour with all purpose flour and cornstarch

    昨天做了,蛋黄糊非常粘稠,不易与蛋白拌匀。蛋糕实体比较干不湿润,可是味道不错。
