蛋黄 egg yolk 4
细砂糖 caster sugar 20g / 1,1/2Tbsp
植物油 vegetable oil 60ml / 1/4cup
優格 yogurt 50ml / 3Tbsp
柠檬汁 lemon juice 20ml / 4tsp
柠檬皮 lemon rind 1tsp
低筋面粉 cake flour 100g / 3/4cup
蛋白 egg whites 4
细砂糖 caster sugar 80g / 1/3cup
柠檬汁 lemon juice 1/2tsp
中空模 Tubepan size is 20cm(8")
摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 40-45分钟
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 40-45 minutes

I just made it, double the ingredients for 10 inches square pan. The cake is quite low, maybe 8 or 9 inches would be perfect! It's super soft and the lemon flavour is sooooooo amazing! Love it very much, thanks Apron!
Same with me situation
I tried this today and it went so good on the first try! I baked it on a normal round pan at 150C for 1 hour since I don’t have the tube pan and it still came out fluffy and the texture is almost melt-in-your-mouth! Would definitely save this recipe ❤️

Hi Apron! Just tried it ytd night and it turned out really well! The only modification I made is that I did not put sugar with the yolks but added 60g of yoghurt when I used yoghurt that alr has sugar. Thanks for the recipe! I like it that the sourness balances out the sweetness from the meringue. 柠檬酸奶对甜度的综合刚刚好

So soft, the lemon so fragrant (use a 125gr lemon for more zest), not too sweet, only 100gr sugar, no butter, makes it less guilty eating. Thx Apron for your recipe, easy to recook.

Hi, no, cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

I tried this recipe in a regular cake tin. I did not follow the bake temp stated in the video as I was not sure if it would work in my oven. The cake came out great and the tartness of the lemon yoghurt tickles your taste buds.

If i use strawberry flavour yogurt for this, do i have to reduce amount of lemon juice?

Did you put the tube pan in the oven or directly on gas and covered it with a lid. This type of pan is not available in India . Recipe is very good. Regards
I baked this cake 2 days ago and the result was mind blowing. I followed the recipe exactly as noted. I would like to ask if I bake pandan chiffon cake can I use yogurt again instead of milk because I think yogurt works better for the recipe as it did for lemon yogurt chiffon. I think I use a non-stick Bundt pan instead of using your pan and spray some oil all over it to prevent sticky before I pour the mixed in. Is this another reason?

Just tried this recipe today and it was great! Instead of using plain yogurt,, i happened to have some lemon flavoured yogurt though. So i used that instead xD but the chiffon cake was so moist and fluffy and it wasnt too sweet either. Thank you for the recipe!
