Egg yolk 4
Sugar 20g｜1.5Tbsp
Vegetable oil 60g｜1/4cup
Rind of 1 orange
Orange juice 80ml
Cake flour 100g｜3/4cup
Cornstarch 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Cocoa powder 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Egg whites 4
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 80g｜1/3cup
Tubepan 20cm
Bake at 160°C｜320°F for 40-45 minutes

occorresse il cremor tartaro. Ma la tua esecuzione e risultato sono stupefacenti. Tenteró di emularti. Grazie per la condivisione.
Se guardi bene, è come "inchiodata", l'apparenza inganna. È così ovviamente perché non ha messo cremor tartaro né lievito. La chiffon cake deve risultare come una nuvola, questa del video invece è solo elastica, sembra gomma, non certo soffice. Ieri ho fatto la chiffon cake ed è ben diversa da questa in video.

i just tried it and it didn't came out as tall and dense as yours but it's tasty. i think my cocoa is way too strong and both of the flavors make a little bit of contrast. so if someone is gonna try it too, keep in mind how strong you want the chocolate half to be. i'm satisfied with the end result but i would like to try it again to see if it can come out like yours. thank you for the recipe! ❤
Don't forget that she use Cake Flour...that means it has baking powder
@@karinamiranda3757 i used cake flour too! i think mine didn't come out as tall because i didn't let it cool upside down. i'll try it again in the future.

Not at all… if you beat the white egg in a right way just like the video, and mix it with the egg yolk batter carefully… it will get fluffy and soft
