📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
10g (4 tsp) Cocoa powder
15ml (1 tbsp) Water
65ml (5 tbsp) Milk
50ml (4 tbsp) Cooking oil
75g (0.6 cup) Cake flour
5 Eggs
2g Lemon juice
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
cake pan size 18cm/7''
150°C (300°F) bake for 50 minutes

Вчера приготовила. Автору- браво! Форма 22 см, получился шире и ниже, но такой же нежный и воздушный. Мука обычная без добавок, водяную баню в духовку не ставила. Тесто поднимается за счёт меренги. На решётке для остывания надолго оставлять нельзя, бисквит слишком нежный, продавился. Только надо ванилин добавить, чтобы яйцами не пахло. Яиц взяла 4, потому что одно попалось с двумя желтками. Всё прекрасно получилось, всем рекомендую!

Please do I need to grease my baking pan before pouring the batter? Secondly I noticed no baking powder or soda was used..Why??? Be glad if you reply me thanks.
No need to grease the mold before baking and also do not use non-stick mold for this type of cake as the batter needs to stick to the mold to help it rise up. This type of cake doesn't need baking powder or soda, it relies only on the meringue to help it rise. That way the cake texture is more fluffy and soft. Hope it helps 😊
