Tbh, I read the comments before watching and thought this would be insanely difficult but it actually wasn't! I think people forget baking takes time and patience by nature.
I think you forgot that not everyone has perfectly deep fitting heart molds with matching heart cookie cutters and matching ice cube molds. If they write easy in the title people will think it's either quick to make,with things they already have at home or a short ingredient list. This video checks out none of these things xD So I think the title is quite misleading.

Baking by nature requires technique, precision, and supplies. If you don’t have butter are you going to say the recipe is hard to make? Substitutes exist. I’m tired of people claiming something is hard because they don’t have every single thing they need to do it or every single skill to max level to complete the task. If folks think this is a super difficult recipe they should stick with making cupcakes or something because cookie cutters can be bought off Amazon for like 12! Baking isn’t some 30 minute one pot recipe to make for the family after work when you’re making a “fancy dessert”. If you don’t have everything you probably just shouldn’t make it, plus it feels really individualist for folks to expect everything to be catered to them which I see all the time in the online recipe world.
It is definitely not as difficult and expensive cake as it seems to be! It is possible to do it part by part each day, for example, one day I made the gellee, the next day I made the sponge, later I made the mousse and yesterday I finally finished the cake by making the glaze. I decided to do a little every day because I don't have much free time, but I definitely wanted to try this. Anyway, the cake is delicious and I will do it again! I already had most of ingredients at home and the expensive item to buy was just the syrup. Also, I could not find corn syrup so I had to replace it with agave syrup and it was fine. I also replaced vanilla beams with vanilla essence. Thank you for a great recipe!

Put it in ordinary blender or the little ones for smoothies but a hand blender it's so helpful in the kitchen to make soup and purée and potage soup or if you make lentils soup or been or potatoes soup and need to thicken the soup to make it creamyer, you only have to plung the mixer in the whole pot and blend a little and you've got the perfect mixture....You can do so much more , I don't know how I could NOT HAVE ONE IN MY KITCHEN......And it's cheep to buy also , for $25 you can have one me I have bought mine years ago and still work like it's new and I use it every week since I make cream of broccoli and celery or link and make apple sauce so fast and other fruits.....
i doubt you'd only use an emulsion blender once. they're very useful, and if you bake often or even just work with lots of things that have lots of fat content that you need to use gel-based food color for, using an emulsion blender can actually make those colors brighter! theyre just generally very useful things i would highly recommend getting one, i got one for my birthday earlier and it's useful

You can do it in a normal blender, I've done the same steps for strawberry marshmallows before
