Это не совсем правда! Либо форма маленькая, и ее просто для нас потом увеличили, , но из 3 яиц нереально такая высота! Не надо, думать, что кто то умнее всех!

My dad always made this for us when we were children ... 15 I mean 50 something years ago ... he would add either jam or golden syrup to it so was sweet and saucy. (NZ speak here ... golden syrup something like maple syrup and jam ... aka US jelly).

Posso substituir a farinha de arroz, por leite em pó ou fubá refinado ou outra farinha que não seja de trigo?
Acho que o amido de milho pode funcionar, porque a farinha de arroz é muito amilácea, mas o leite em pó não é nem um pouco amiláceo; seria uma espécie de pudim ou creme, não um bolo.

You can use the liquid of canned chickpeas as a substitution for eggwhites, it gets fluffy like that too. For the thickness of egg yolk in cake, you can use applesauce, flaxseeds, mashed bananas or even just a bit of cornstarch
