I was watching this recipe while my daughter was sleeping besides me. Hence i turned down the vol . Subtitles helped me understand the recipe. Even before the vdo was over ,as ausual i started reading the comments to ensure how good the recipe is. Instead i found comments about the background music surprisingly. Then what?? turned up the vol for a moment to hear the bg music n it was soooooooooo soothing, infact it wud have helped my daughter to sleep better 😉

This cake has only 3 ingredients. Eggs, sugar, and flour. No pandan juice is noted. However, though I don't have access to pandan, I would add vanilla and salt. So go for it. Check similar recipes for amounts.
The best way to monitor the temperature is visual. Medium-low heat: gentle bubbling in the pot, with tiny bubbles streaming up beneath the surface. Hope this helps.
Hi~🥰 This traditional steamed cake uses only 3 ingredients, no oil in the recipe. However you may add 10-15ml cooking oil/melted butter to your liking.

Hi, just keep in an air tight container. It can be stored at room temperature for 3 days and in the refrigerator up for 5 days.

由我媽五六十年代開始,都是用袋鼠自發粉做蛋糕效果超好,還可用冰水開成炸醬粉炸東西。是做大厨的教她的。
