糖 sugar 10g / 1,1/2Tbsp
植物油 vegetable oil 15ml
优格 yogurt 40ml
低筋面粉 cake flour 50g /4Tbsp
蛋白 egg whites 3
糖 sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
苹果片 apple slice 8pcs
圆模 pan size 16cm
摄氏160 / 华氏320 烘烤 30-40分钟
bake at 160°C / 320°F for 30-40 minutes

Hi,this recipe does not need baking powder.The whipped egg whites would be the leavening agent
