Hi rachel just completed Day 14 of month of January 2024 Challenge! The leg raises and stand on knees are are challenge, but did it! Much ❤❤❤❤ and looking forward to tomorrow's live! Thank you for being there for me and I'm not sure if your doing this, but you helped me figure out how and when to use ACV cocktail, because it's been working for me. I can not use maca, so do you add oragnic wheatgrass juice powder and Spirulina to your morning cocktail as well or just acv, lemon juice & baking soda and does it help stop heartburn caused by gerd and acidosis? Thank you so much!!!!! Your a treasure!!
This was fantastic! It was challenging and oddly soothing. My lower back and hip flexors become incredibly stiff from my desk job, so this workout was very helpful 👏👏👏

The part with the arms in the air worked better now. And I put a towel under my lower back. When you can not pull it out while lowering the legs you did well. Thx loved it as always❤😊❤.
The beginning exercise was incredibly challenging for me. From kneeling going up not using my arms to help with the movement was almost impossible. I will continue trying to do it. Thanks so much for the great work you offer us.
Another getting a little easier workout. Just completed this from yesterdays' posting of this weeks schedule posted on IG, which means oops I did yesterday's again. Challenging , but I did it....LOVED IT! Now I'm off to relax and get on with my day. Thanks so much Rachel!!🥰🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤

Ooh Rachel that was challenging 😳 Been focussing more rehab exercises for my back pain & sciatica & not a lot of your pilaties. Can’t I tell!! Decided I now need to do a balance of both as my core & strength has slipped. Hip flexor on one side weak so harder with some of the exercises but a great start again, thank you ❤🙏
You're so welcome! And yes a balance of the two is the best way forward. With sciatica you wnat to avoid lower back flexion so I suggest you do more of this session as it's a safe one for sciatica issues and also add in a good stretch of the back of the body- you maybe doping that already in your rehab but just in case here;'s a simple safe stretch session: Pilates for Sciatica ruclips.net/video/rY_hjAxNZBU/видео.html 🤗❤️

Hi Rachel loved this workout. I found it quite challenging in some parts, I do more standing workouts than on the mat. I know it’s best to do some of each so I’ll keep working on that. Thanks again 🙏🏻💕
HI, Im new to Pilates but enjoying your workouts. My question, Is it normal to feel uncomfortable on my joints when lying on our sides and lifting one or both legs? Should I be lying directly on hips bones or leaning onto (back pocket)? Also I felt pain in outside of top knee when doing the side lying leg lifts.
