Good morning I have been doing your exercise for my knee cause I HAVE BEEN HAVING pain in my left knee and my knee feel much better just finish the standing pilates its was a little hard because of my knee thank you

I felt I’d had a really mindful session on Monday with the benefit of exercising, great, felt so chilled afterwards! Thursday was nicely challenging and rewarding and just loved the Friday session. A lazy snowy day, with little energy. Decided to push That Attitude away and try this standing workout. A bit challenging as the first time with some of these moves. I think I got a passing grade along with some restored energy. THANK YOU - loving your videos.

Wow, very stretchy, lovely session, struggled a bit with standing stretches on right side at the end, but that’s my personal ataxia, balance deficits, I just hold onto a chair. I did better this time than first time, I was more prepared!😅😉❤ loved doing your five-minute breathing session first, got me in a good relaxed state to do this mindfully!🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️👏🏼👏🏼🥰

Rachel, the mat I am using is a 20 year old yoga mat. I find it too thin for floor exercises. I thought a thicker mat might be easier on pressure points like hips, knees & elbows. I was looking at a 1” mat on Amazon but reviews suggest it is too soft for balance and standing exercises. Maybe a 1/2 “? Please, what do you advise? I love following your May 2024 weekly workouts. Glad for a standing exercise this morning after yesterday’s core and the 40 minute intermediate the day before. Thank you!

So glad you enjoyed it! Tips- yes my top tip is keep working on it. Balance improves with regular practice so try and make a point of doing this or my other standing workouts o na regular basis. balance is one of those things that never stays the same and need to be practiced regualrly, even for me so keep going and it will improve 🤗

Hi Rachel great workout as usual but I'm having a problem with one of my shoulders I haven't been doing my pilates workouts or any so I'm not surprised about something not being in shape my question is when I do your workout do I just not use my arms at all or should I do what I can which is really hard because it hurts the most when I have to put it over head or move from the sock port of my shoulder its in the rotation I guess u would say. Anyway thanks so much for all u di for everyone to be healthy toned I look forward to your workouts every morning ❤ from Tonya in Texas lol
Hi Tonya, please don't do anything that hurts your shoulder. Adapt the exercises so you are either modifying the movement to stay away from any pain, or leave the arm movement out completely- for example you could put your hands across your chest rather than overhead as an option. Do go and see a medical professional for an assessment if needed. Much love, Rachel xx
