      It's not the workouts you did that made you loose weight. Only a calorie deficit will do that.

    This workout is really effective. I have been doing this 5 days a week for a month and it really helped my posture and back! It is not too hard and is really short! A great workout overall! Good luck to all of you who are doing this, you will see results!!

      @@patricaebugosi352 Not necessarily, I just watched my calorie intake and tried not to eat over 1,000 calories every day. That’s the fastest way to lose but it’s different for everyone.

    These workouts are super effective and beginner friendly. I'm used to be a person who hated sports at all. Everytime I tried to lose some weight or to become fitter, I always gave up after a few days. I started to do your workouts 2 months ago and the results are amazing. I lost 3 kg and feel so much better in my own skin. Now I try out this one for I got a lot of problems with my back.

    Been doing this for 2 months now and my mom said that I don't hunch my back whenever I walk/sit/stand so that's improvement, also my arms went from 11 inches to 10 inches. My collarbone became more prominent also, so this REALLY works.

    I had a problem with my back for almost a year but it got worse and worse until my shoulder blades pinched my nerves and now my skin is partially numb. My parents don't want to take me to the doctor so I had to do my own research. I found this video today and did all the exercises. Damn, I feel better! My skin is still partially numb but I can already feel the improvement in my face and neck. Thank you! I will continue doing this and will update in 14 days:)

    Day One: Done! I have a curve in my back so i’m hoping it can straighten that out a little bit. it felt good!
    Day Two: Done! My back is aching a little bit not too much and I feel good.
    Day Three: Done! No more backache! I’m gonna keep going. Day two is probably the worst on the pain scale
    Day Four: Done! I’m starting to fall a tad bit i’ll due to stress but I’m gonna keep going. Come on guys. Let’s do this!
    Day Five: Done! i pressed the upload thingy but some reason it didn’t post. I did it. My backs a tiny bit sore but i also slept wrong. took it a tiny bit easier today but Yay
    Day Six: Done! it’s been a busy day but i’ve found some time to quickly do the workout. May not have been super effective due to my rashness but i’ve done it
    Day Seven: Done! Wow guys it’s been one week and i already started standing straighter. i look taller and i don’t slouch as much. i also don’t have horrible back pain
    Day Eight: Done! I have to write it quickly because i have a busy day. this exercise is perfect because it’s literally 5 minutes!
    Day Nine: Done! i did it but forgot to update since i was with a friend. I’m seeing a major different for a little over a week
    Day Ten: Done! I’m going swimming this upcoming friday and i’m starting to feel more confident with my muscle and back is turning out really good
    Day Eleven: Done! Sorry i haven’t been updating. it’s been extremely hectic however i HAVE been doing the workout
    Day Twelve: Done! I feel a lot less pain in my spinal muscles. i used to a lot because they were very weak
    Day Thirteen: Done! I see myself getting taller because I’m standing a lot straighter. It’s less painful to sit and stand straight now
    Day Fourteen: Done! I have officially finished this workout however i may keep going just to keep myself strong.

    something about the calming way she speaks has me focus more on these and they fly by much faster! as well as the fact i cannot understand the language without subtitles- i just listen and it actually works better for me to focus, idk why.

    I started with this video, doing exercises only 5m per day just to feel healthier after a surgery (i stayed in bed for about 2-3 months). Just after a week, i noticed that I’m able to stand straight and i don’t have round back anymore! And once I’m used to exercising, I’m combining more workout videos with this. Your videos work like wonder April! Thank you, my lifesaver!❤

    Day 4:✅did this along with a beautiful neck and shoulder workout video by Hanna Milly and saw slight results in just a day

    Day 6:✅ this and the above workout. I can totally see a difference in my collarbone and shoulder area
    Day 7:✅ 1 week over! I have lost fat around my back region and it looks more toned. My shoulder blades have pop out a teeny bit too! Its totally *WORTH IT* please keep going.

    This has helped greatly with back pain (I'm a teenager and have bad posture) and also your back doesn't feel all jammed up when you wake up from sleep! It actually feels really light which in turn helps you do other ab workouts like plank variations.

    День 3: сделано (заметка : вау , чувствую , что мой позвоночник стал намного ровнее ; я в восторге)
    День 4: сделано (ага, думали я сдалась? ':). )

    День 11: пропуск
    День 12: сделано
    День 13: сделано

    День 15: сделано (заметка : теперь я с чистой совесть заявляю , что отработала 2 недели ; в 11 день у меня был пропуск , поэтому я сделала эти упражнения и 08.07.2020 .Результат утешает. Жир , которого было не много , практически весь сгорел , а спина стала намного ровнее. Вобщем , советую всем , кто не жалеет времени и стремится к улучшениям :). )

    hello everyone! i started this little workout 3 days ago, but thought it would be better to share my results as it may help others!
    day 1: so i did it and for u to know, 10 years ago i broke my back (some bones there) and now i have very tense muscles from the right, hope it will help me
    day 2: i have my period, so did’t do workout for legs, but it gets easier with workout for back
    day 3: i enjoy it so much! have some pain but very pleasant pain :)
    day4: done
    day5: i really enjoy this workout! now i do even without breaks because it’s very easy
    day6: done
    day7: yay, it’s been a week! finally! i also started to do “slim thighs, slim down calves, abs 11 and HIIT” workout among this and for arms

    Hi April! I really really love your workout videos! You explain like an expert but very easy to understand 🧡 I've watched many workout videos on RUclips but they rarely share those meaningful knowledge we'd never know. However, I think it's too early to say that it's solely because of this exercise that I lost some fats on my back since I've been doing pilates and some of April's other workouts for 1-2 weeks now. But yeah, I'm looking forward to see good results perhaps after 2 weeks.

    Day 8: Done. I forgot to update, I'm sorry. I haven't seen any major changes yet.

    I did this little workout for the two weeks proposed. at first, it was very tiring and difficult, requiring me several seconds afterwards to recover. as the days passed, I noticed my back was getting significantly straighter and stronger, and the exercises started to not be as exhausting (I was able to do the shoulder taps while in full plank! hooray!). I did not measure myself, because I tend to obsess over numbers, but the fat on my back seems to have decreased, as well as the fat on my arms. during this time, I also was eating better (no fried, fast or junk food, no soda or sugary things, more vegetables and home made meals, just a bit of chocolate). if you are overweight like me, your back probably will not be defined like April's, but you will see a huge improvement in your posture and resistance. now I will continue the April's perfect posture challenge 👋🏻

      Yo llevo un mes con el de brazos y sí funciona. Noto mucha mejoría. Al tercer día te deja de doler (por lo menos en mi caso). Después de eso, suelo hacerlo 2 veces al día hasta hoy.

    I'm just 13 and I realised that my height has stopped at 165cm and I wanna grow more but my posture is really weird and now I wanna improve it cause 2 days ago I had extreme back pain.I'll do this for 14 days and if I see improvements then I'll do it for a month.

    I did it for 4 days and I'm definitely able to see some minute changes in my back. Thanks a lot!
    My problem is that I've lost around 12-15 Kgs and now I don't want more to lose since I'm happy with my current weight but I still have back fat and arm fat to reduce but spot reducing is not possible and if I'll start working on my full body then I'll lose more weight which I don't want so thanks for these workouts since I'm able to see changes!! I'll continue doing this!

    Hi, I have been doing your workouts for 2 months now and I have been able to reduce my weight from 78kg to 75kg. I have never been able to get this kind of results from anything else and I have only you to thank. However, I sometimes get confused as to how much exercise a day would be ideal and some days I do too much and some days I don't do enough. Could you please make an exercise plan combining all your workouts for us to follow?

    Hi, April! Thank you so much for making all these very helpful workout videos. Your workouts are the only ones that really works for a beginner like me. It makes me sweat and burn calories without forcing my body too much. I hope you make a longer HIIT workout video (~20-30 mins) for those of us who wants longer workouts sessions. Love you so much!       HIIT is usually between 5-20 mins max. Beyond that point, it will becomes too much for your muscle to handle, you will break down your muscle tissues and might get injury so pls be careful. If you want a longer sessions you can try cardio or resistance training a long with HIIT!

      @@AprilHanFit do u need a lesson on how progressive overload works, how the back activates and how u can't target fat loss, I'm 14 and I know 2x as much as u bud from what I have noticed u don't know the difference between chest shoulders and back. You have no idea how to lose fat either at max ur burning 50 Cal's with this "workout" (1/2tbsp of peanut butter or less than half a banana

    At the end of exercise 5, there wasn't any beep signalling the end...and I made the motion for about 2 minutes lol. Please make the beginning- and end of exercise beeps consistent. More important than music, especially when it is a workout where looking at the screen is out of the question.
