These workouts are super effective and beginner friendly. I'm used to be a person who hated sports at all. Everytime I tried to lose some weight or to become fitter, I always gave up after a few days. I started to do your workouts 2 months ago and the results are amazing. Been doing this for 2 months now and my mom said that I don't hunch my back whenever I walk/sit/stand so that's improvement, also my arms went from 11 inches to 10 inches. My collarbone became more prominent also, so this REALLY works.

I had a problem with my back for almost a year but it got worse and worse until my shoulder blades pinched my nerves and now my skin is partially numb. My parents don't want to take me to the doctor so I had to do my own research. I found this video today and did all the exercises. Damn, I feel better! My skin is still partially numb but I can already feel the improvement in my face and neck. Thank you! I will continue doing this and will update in 14 days:)

something about the calming way she speaks has me focus more on these and they fly by much faster! as well as the fact i cannot understand the language without subtitles- i just listen and it actually works better for me to focus, idk why.
I started with this video, doing exercises only 5m per day just to feel healthier after a surgery (i stayed in bed for about 2-3 months). Just after a week, i noticed that I’m able to stand straight and i don’t have round back anymore! And once I’m used to exercising, I’m combining more workout videos with this. I can totally see a difference in my collarbone and shoulder area Day 7:✅ 1 week over! I have lost fat around my back region and it looks more toned. My shoulder blades have pop out a teeny bit too! ':). ) День 5: сделано День 6: сделано День 7: сделано День 8: сделано День 9: сделано День 10: сделано День 11: пропуск День 12: сделано День 13: сделано День 14: сделано День 15: сделано (заметка : теперь я с чистой совесть заявляю , что отработала 2 недели ; в 11 день у меня был пропуск , поэтому я сделала эти упражнения и 08.07.2020 .Результат утешает. Жир , которого было не много , практически весь сгорел , а спина стала намного ровнее. Вобщем , советую всем , кто не жалеет времени и стремится к улучшениям :). )

I’ll try this for a week or maybe 2 weeks Ig Day 1 : ✅ I could do almost all the exercises, but the plank made me lose my ability to breathe. Day 2 :❌ From the time I woke up until the time I went to sleep I was outside Day 3 :✅ same as day 1

However, I think it's too early to say that it's solely because of this exercise that I lost some fats on my back since I've been doing pilates and some of April's other workouts for 1-2 weeks now. But yeah, I'm looking forward to see good results perhaps after 2 weeks. Day 6: Done Day 7: Done Day 8: Done. I forgot to update, I'm sorry. I haven't seen any major changes yet. Day 9: Done. Fats on my upper back have significantly reduced.
(long comment) I did this little workout for the two weeks proposed. at first, it was very tiring and difficult, requiring me several seconds afterwards to recover. as the days passed, I noticed my back was getting significantly straighter and stronger, and the exercises started to not be as exhausting (I was able to do the shoulder taps while in full plank! hooray!). I did not measure myself, because I tend to obsess over numbers, but the fat on my back seems to have decreased, as well as the fat on my arms. during this time, I also was eating better (no fried, fast or junk food, no soda or sugary things, more vegetables and home made meals, just a bit of chocolate). if you are overweight like me, your back probably will not be defined like April's, but you will see a huge improvement in your posture and resistance. now I will continue the April's perfect posture challenge 👋🏻

Yo llevo un mes con el de brazos y sí funciona. Noto mucha mejoría. Al tercer día te deja de doler (por lo menos en mi caso). Después de eso, suelo hacerlo 2 veces al día hasta hoy.

I did it for 4 days and I'm definitely able to see some minute changes in my back. Thanks a lot! My problem is that I've lost around 12-15 Kgs and now I don't want more to lose since I'm happy with my current weight but I still have back fat and arm fat to reduce but spot reducing is not possible and if I'll start working on my full body then I'll lose more weight which I don't want so thanks for these workouts since I'm able to see changes!! I'll continue doing this!

HIIT is usually between 5-20 mins max. Beyond that point, it will becomes too much for your muscle to handle, you will break down your muscle tissues and might get injury so pls be careful. If you want a longer sessions you can try cardio or resistance training a long with HIIT!
@@AprilHanFit do u need a lesson on how progressive overload works, how the back activates and how u can't target fat loss, I'm 14 and I know 2x as much as u bud from what I have noticed u don't know the difference between chest shoulders and back. You have no idea how to lose fat either at max ur burning 50 Cal's with this "workout" (1/2tbsp of peanut butter or less than half a banana
Its really very difficult. I felt lot of pain and stretching in my back and pain in my shoulders tooo but your exercises are very nice easy and comfortable too doo and I love it . Thanks alot for these exercises. I enjoyed alot whlie doing exercises 🥰🥰😍😍
At the end of exercise 5, there wasn't any beep signalling the end...and I made the motion for about 2 minutes lol. Please make the beginning- and end of exercise beeps consistent. More important than music, especially when it is a workout where looking at the screen is out of the question.

It's not the workouts you did that made you loose weight. Only a calorie deficit will do that.

I started with this video, doing exercises only 5m per day just to feel healthier after a surgery (i stayed in bed for about 2-3 months). Just after a week, i noticed that I’m able to stand straight and i don’t have round back anymore! And once I’m used to exercising, I’m combining more workout videos with this. This has helped greatly with back pain (I'm a teenager and have bad posture) and also your back doesn't feel all jammed up when you wake up from sleep! It actually feels really light which in turn helps you do other ab workouts like plank variations.

I did this little workout for the two weeks proposed. at first, it was very tiring and difficult, requiring me several seconds afterwards to recover. as the days passed, I noticed my back was getting significantly straighter and stronger, and the exercises started to not be as exhausting (I was able to do the shoulder taps while in full plank! hooray!). I did not measure myself, because I tend to obsess over numbers, but the fat on my back seems to have decreased, as well as the fat on my arms. during this time, I also was eating better (no fried, fast or junk food, no soda or sugary things, more vegetables and home made meals, just a bit of chocolate). if you are overweight like me, your back probably will not be defined like April's, but you will see a huge improvement in your posture and resistance. now I will continue the April's perfect posture challenge 👋🏻

Yo llevo un mes con el de brazos y sí funciona. Noto mucha mejoría. Al tercer día te deja de doler (por lo menos en mi caso). Después de eso, suelo hacerlo 2 veces al día hasta hoy.
Yo probé el de abdomen y en 7 días y la verdad se nota muchísimo la diferencia
Yo estoy haciendo el de abdomen y me ha empezado a funcionar en poco tiempo
Hice el de brazo por un par de meses y reduje 2cm 🥺 fue muy útil ahora estoy con abdomen y con este ntp a los 3 o 4 días deja de doler

My problem is that I've lost around 12-15 Kgs and now I don't want more to lose since I'm happy with my current weight but I still have back fat and arm fat to reduce but spot reducing is not possible and if I'll start working on my full body then I'll lose more weight which I don't want so thanks for these workouts since I'm able to see changes!! Hi, April! Thank you so much for making all these very helpful workout videos. Your workouts are the only ones that really works for a beginner like me. It makes me sweat and burn calories without forcing my body too much. I hope you make a longer HIIT workout video (~20-30 mins) for those of us who wants longer workouts sessions. Love you so much! HIIT is usually between 5-20 mins max. Beyond that point, it will becomes too much for your muscle to handle, you will break down your muscle tissues and might get injury so pls be careful. If you want a longer sessions you can try cardio or resistance training a long with HIIT!

@@AprilHanFit do u need a lesson on how progressive overload works, how the back activates and how u can't target fat loss, I'm 14 and I know 2x as much as u bud from what I have noticed u don't know the difference between chest shoulders and back. You have no idea how to lose fat either at max ur burning 50 Cal's with this "workout" (1/2tbsp of peanut butter or less than half a banana

At the end of exercise 5, there wasn't any beep signalling the end...and I made the motion for about 2 minutes lol. Please make the beginning- and end of exercise beeps consistent. More important than music, especially when it is a workout where looking at the screen is out of the question.
