To those who are still unsure about this, it works! I did this 3-4 times per week for 3-4 weeks. Did not expect much, I was just trying to get myself moving. To my amazement, my breast is a more forward pointing now, and the fat around the armpit area has reduced significantly. I did not follow any strict diet, my weight is still the same. The key is to be consistent and check for the change only once per week or fortnight :)
What did you eat while you were working out? 'cause you could naturally have a healthy diet without realizing it. Some have bad eating habits. Curious about yours.

И реально немного поднялась и красивее форма становится. Я после 2х деток и 5летним стажем кормления оочень довольна. Так что начинайте) привыкаешь быстро и уже не лень каждое утро делать, а результаты радуют.

Even though my breasts aren’t in bad shape, they are rather in my opinion “small” 🥲, I do have much a little extra fat where the armpit areas are and I wanted to do these to help just to the area and get rid of flabby arms and armpit fat. My flabby arms I personally hate, and where the fat on my arms are mostly stored. I do April’s other video for the arms and combine it with this video and loving these workouts. I feel so good after doing these and also much Energy, I have also notice my breasts are a lot more firmer. The elbow taps exercise in this one I really feel the burn in that same for the c-rotation in the arm workout video. So far I’ve almost finished my 2nd week and really enjoying doing these exercises, thank you so much April 🦋
I’ve never worn a sleeveless dress/top in my life because of my underarm. I also don’t buy swimsuits or go to pools. I have a genetic situation which makes me have armpit fat/auxiliary breast tissues under my arm. My doctor told me I can remove it with a surgery but I don’t feel like it. Anyway, I’ll see if this workout works or not. Not having a lot of expectations but even a bit of improvement will make me happy. Day 1 ✅

I think it's inevitable for your breasts to shrink when you're losing weight because they will lose fat just like the rest of your body will. Maybe to maintain your current breast size, do this video? I'm not an exercise pro but that's what I would probably do lol

День 1: было сложновато, обхват рук 32 см, булу наблюдать за дальнейшим улучшением
День 2: забыла написать, хвхвх, выполнила
День 3:выполнено,чувствую легкость
День 4: было уже достаточно легко, по сравнению с первым днем
День 5: хорошо себя чувствую

Hello April, I'm doing weight loss exercises and on a diet since I'm trying to lose some weight but I don't want to lose my breast fat, so I've been trying these exercises. What do you recommend I do to lose weight but keep my breasts the same? Maybe bigger ?
I think it's inevitable for your breasts to shrink when you're losing weight because they will lose fat just like the rest of your body will. Maybe to maintain your current breast size, do this video? I'm not an exercise pro but that's what I would probably do lol
