*In this video, I explain that doing butt workouts is not only to get a better-looking booty but also to prevent many health risks since the gluteal muscle is a very important part of our body! In general, strong butt= strong core= strong back= healthy knees= good postures= burn more fat! I like how you often explain the medical side of things! Somehow I can motivate myself to workout much better if I know it will help my posture/neck pain/whatever. Also I like knowing how muscles work together/which exact muscles I'm using.

Hey April! Thank you so much for all of your videos and hard work. You can’t imagine how much you’ve helped me and changed my life ! Maybe somehow you’ll see it, after all life is full of surprises. Tbh it’s my first ever comment on yt, normally I’m just this shy viewer who only likes a videos without commenting.
But! It’s rly hard for me to stay persistent when it comes to working out. And you somehow changed my attitude towards it. Btw I used to hate, literally HATE working out at home and now I’d rather do this instead of going to a gym. I had this mindset: if I paid for something, I’d have to use it = I’d go working out at gym (praying not to meet anyone I know). Now it doesn’t feel like something mandatory that simply has to be done no matter if I want it or not, just like going to work or other duties. Now? I enjoy your videos and even when I’m really tired I try to do at least one. You don’t yell at me and I like the sound of your voice (Chinese is beautiful, too bad it’s probably too hard for me to ever learn it 😅😂). It feels like working out with a friend and I’m grateful for this, especially after a terrible day. It’s not a duty anymore, it’s just something natural for my body to keep it healthy. You also explain medical side of things, which is great and fuels my motivation.
Ofc I quit sometimes for a week or two, just like I said - being persistent isn’t my strength but you are the only RUclipsr to come back to. Exercises aren’t too hard but still give lots of results. Instead of swimming in my sweat as I exercise (and checking every 30 s when the video ends haha) I manage to do more videos. Oh and I added stretching to my daily routine (partly) and ofc after workouts (the stretching you do at the end of your videos is a minimum I do every time, sometimes when I have time I stretch more). I had no idea how much it can improve my life! I wish I found your channel sooner.
My body still doesn’t look the way I want it to but I feel definitely better as I finally have a bit of muscles to support it. For the first time in my life I don’t exercise just to look thinner. (I mean it’s a goal, but main one is to stay healthy and fit and feel good in my body).
I guess this comment is waaaaay too long, but I’m going to update it for coming days. I want to finally finish a challenge. I want to try it for 21 days and see what happens.
I’ll do this one, love handles and back videos everyday and cardio 3 times per week. I started four days ago.
Day one, two, three and four (today I did 12 min hiit and rode bike for 30mins): done

Day 7: almost done (without love handles and back, I went for a bike instead)

Day 10, 11, 12: went on trip, so I didn’t exercise but I’m gonna exercise more on coming days

Day 17: i came home half alive, so no training today

Day 19: done, although instead of back workout I did lower belly

I must say I actually see a huge difference even though my diet was bad lately. and I feel much better, what motivates me to keep going

I did this workout once a day for five days with the "Small Waist Flat Belly in 2 Weeks", no diet and a total of nearly three hours (3hrs) of cardio in that week alone (10/08-11/08). I lost almost 2cm in my hips and started to experience less lower back ache when I'm sleeping or sitting down. I recommend this with the waist workout mentioned as it is good for posture and back ache relief ❤.

I have really bad back and neck pain. I tried many workouts before but everytime I do this, I feel so much better. I remember one time I couldn't even feel the pain for a whole day which left me shocked. This is the only one that works. I have decided to do this everyday.

@@АзизаНурханкызы было заметно уже за неделю. Похудела примерно на 10 кг и подкачалась за 2 месяца. Особенно руки стали стройнее, у нее идеальные упражнения. И естественно питание тоже адекватное должно быть, она про это видео тоже снимала. При этом могла пить какао, есть макароны, просто все в меру.

If I may, I got bad knee because an accident in my childhood. Some of the moves quite hard and painfull for me. If you don't mind, can you give advice for those with bad knee (still with gluteus exercise)

ومع الوقت بطئي الفيديو وخذي وقت اكتر بالتمرين وحسي بالعضلة وركزي على تنفسك🌸🌸
٨٠% من الدهون بتطلع بالتنفس جربي تنفسي صح اثناء التمرين وشوفي النتيجة والتمرين ٣ ايام بالاسبوع والمشي كل يوم
