Guys I'm 14 years old and I've been doing this workout for a while now ... doctors said i needed surgery but thanks to this video it changed...I have x knees the distance was about 22 cm and now it's around 14 cm thank you so much I also recommend emi wong's 21 days long legs streach ...if any of ya'll are interested then you can add that video to your routine it'll help strighten your legs too

Sorry guys, I forgot to update the comment 😅 But I've been doing this exercise for a month, and it really works. bringing the O-shaped legs together little by little was effective enough to be seen with the naked eye. However, I only used it for a month, so the results weren't dramatic. But if I keep doing it, I think I'll be able to have straight legs someday! Therefore, I plan to continue doing this exercise until 2025. We will come back and leave a review again around January 2025! (I used a translator so I hope you understand even if the words are awkward...)

This is an honest review from me. After practicing the above movements for about 2 months, I feel that it has improved a bit so I feel very happy about it. Do the one in 10:45 , while sitting, it helps. Buuut: It helps with posture It increases flexibility It reduces the gap between your ankles twice in short time It helps with knee rotation And also Stop helping after some time Doesn't help with small gap If you had a gap, you will have a gap, just smaller, so in the end it worth exercising Ps I don't know whether it is permanent or not, remind me after some time to update 🤞🏻 Jan 8/ 2024 - feeling good, still good, it goes back a little bit, but better than it was before. I have been working out for years now with weight doing leg workouts and I can tell you I have seen improvement!! Not quite like her tho in days impossible 🤷♀️ working out constantly it can happen trust me 💪🏻👍🏻
I started doing this this week, I’ve done it probably 3 times, I took a picture before starting doing the excerices. I won’t be updating everyday because let’s be realistic, I won’t do this everyday. However I will update in two weeks. Tip: After you’re done, roll a ball on your feet💞
@@itschidera It works, I did this for several weeks and I could see improvement in my overall stance. I also started doing weight lifting and martial arts so that could’ve contributed, but overall is a good starting point
It really works guys!! I do this like 1-2 times a week and on and off for a year now. Easiest exercises out there. The changes are not very noticeable and it's a slow process but it did really help to make my legs look more straight and prettier!! Also, if you had X legs, work on the arch of your feet which will strengthen your knees and ankles.

Всем привет! Мне 37 лет. На женских форумах нашла девчонок с такой же проблемой, они выкладывали видео, как исправить кривые ноги и результаты. Через год из очень кривых получались ровные ножки. Но!! Для этого нужно делать упражнения каждый день, выполнять всё грамотно, а не лишь бы как. Я занимаюсь месяц (др упражнения). Между голенями расстояние было 6,2 см, сейчас 5,5 см. Между коленками, где должны соприкасаться, было 1,5 см, сейчас 0,5 - они почти соединились!! Хочу добавить еще эти упражнения для большего эффекта. Так что, поверьте, исправить ноги можно, но для этого нужно очень много работать и стараться не пропускать. Понимаю, что быстрого эффекта не будет, нужен минимум год или два, но я готова, т.к. результат уже есть.

ME EMOCIONA MUCHO HABER ENCONTRADO ESTE VIDEOO 😊 Me siento muy identificada por que yo también tengo piernas arqueadas, pie plano y rotación interna de rodilla. lo que me encanta de este video en específico (ya que si hay videos de ejercicios para piernas arqueadas) pero a diferencia de otros la chica explica para que sirve cada ejercicio lo cual es muy muy útil. descubrí que tenía esto por que note que algo andaba mal y fui con un ortopedista. llevo un tratamiento en el que debo de usar plantillas en mis zapatos, usar tenis de suela plana y hacer yoga. Muchos de los ejercicios que se hacen aquí los he platicado en rutinas de yoga así que les recomiendo practicar. Todo esto que he hecho me ha ayudado mucho para que mis piernas sean rectas sin embargo todavía no lo están del todo. parece que este video fue hecho especialmente para mi 😂😂 gracias por dedicarte a hacer este video! me consola que no soy la única que pasa por esto ❤ hare los ejercicios lo más diariamente que pueda y si noto resultados volveré para comentar como fue mi experencia.

Mình duy trì tập bài hiit 8 phút, bài cho cơ bụng dưới và gần đây là bài 8 phút khiêu vũ giảm cân cơ, 3 bài đó mình thấy có hiệu quả trộm vía, vẫn ăn uống bt mà người có sụt cân đi. Tập luyện khiến người thấy khoẻ nữa. Tại mình focus vào bụng với người, lại lười chỉ muốn tập 1 bài nên mặc dù chân bị vòng với bắp chân như kia nhưng lại ko theo bài này chăm chỉ :((

I also got unexpected results from this exercise! This exercise doesn't only fix my bowed legs but also fix my toe position. My toes were pointed outward (they slightly bent toward the little toes) and never expected that there will be a solution to this. After a week of exercise, I noticed the differences. My toes become more straight, pointing to the front!

I've been doing this for 3 months just every 3-4 days but i can already see the results. My right knee used to turn inward but now it's getting forward. Although my knee hasn't really straight but this exercise definitely worth to try. And one thing that i noticed, i had a habit of w-sitting and i stopped doing that because it literally make every exercise i do become useless

Don't believe the nay sayers lol you can see in her video that there was a change in her own legs and she was standing pretty much the same way. Look back at your legs as a child, were they straight? If they were then that means daily life habits have gotten it to a point where it is no longer straight. So by logic, if something can become curved then it can also be straightened. Plus there are children born with in turned feet as well and there are posture adjusting shoes for them. My mom had this as a child as well and she forcebly taught herself to walk differently so she can adjust it. If there can be changes made to their feet and legs then why can't these changes be made to us? Muscles, facia and bones all exist together to support our bodies. If there is a lack of balance in one area then something else will come in to support that. For example weak hamstrings will cause shoulder pain. If your hamstrings and glutes are weaker on one side then the shoulder on that side will experience more pain. It's your shoulder compensating for the weak glutes. Same thing with knees and hips. If your quads are alot stronger then your other leg muscles (most people's are since we regularly work the quads more by just climbing stairs) then obviously your bone structure will be effected as well. That's why she focuses on a excercise that works out the hamstrings in the video after all. Anyways try it out, I definitely felt my knees moving in ways it doesn't normally move.

I haven't worn shorts or anything that shows my legs for almost 5 years. but because of this video, my legs are starting to become less bow and look straighter. Sorry guys, I forgot to update the comment 😅 But I've been doing this exercise for a month, and it really works. bringing the O-shaped legs together little by little was effective enough to be seen with the naked eye. However, I only used it for a month, so the results weren't dramatic. But if I keep doing it, I think I'll be able to have straight legs someday! Therefore, I plan to continue doing this exercise until 2025. We will come back and leave a review again around January 2025! (I used a translator so I hope you understand even if the words are awkward...)

This is an honest review from me. After practicing the above movements for about 2 months, I feel that it has improved a bit so I feel very happy about it. In addition, I also combine it with resting my feet on the wall at a 90-degree angle for about 10 minutes. The movements on the clip are quite useful. You guys should try it

Okay so this training is effective but I would suggest doing twice after 2 weeks or increasing the time of effort (especially for the stretches that need more time to adapt) because I didn't notice big changes after 2 weeks. For those who don't believe, after 5 months my legs are almost straight, I think it's 80%. The reason why it took me 5 months is because I'm lazy, but if you work hard, I think 1 or 2 months will be done.

İt doesn’t make any sense after some time, if you have a small gap as me, do it for just 2 weeks, it will help as much as it possibly could. Don't check results immediately after exercises, it comes back a little after some hours. I do exercises at night and I have less than 1 sm gap, but in the morning it is same old 1.1.
Do the one in 10:45 , while sitting, it helps.
Buuut:
It helps with posture
It increases flexibility
It reduces the gap between your ankles twice in short time
It helps with knee rotation
And also
Stop helping after some time
Doesn't help with small gap
If you had a gap, you will have a gap, just smaller, so in the end it worth exercising

I started doing this this week, I’ve done it probably 3 times, I took a picture before starting doing the excerices. I won’t be updating everyday because let’s be realistic, I won’t do this everyday. However I will update in two weeks.

@@itschidera It works, I did this for several weeks and I could see improvement in my overall stance. I also started doing weight lifting and martial arts so that could’ve contributed, but overall is a good starting point
It really works guys!! I do this like 1-2 times a week and on and off for a year now. Easiest exercises out there. The changes are not very noticeable and it's a slow process but it did really help to make my legs look more straight and prettier!! Also, if you had X legs, work on the arch of your feet which will strengthen your knees and ankles.

How much gap between knees you have
Всем привет! Мне 37 лет. На женских форумах нашла девчонок с такой же проблемой, они выкладывали видео, как исправить кривые ноги и результаты. Через год из очень кривых получались ровные ножки. Но!! Для этого нужно делать упражнения каждый день, выполнять всё грамотно, а не лишь бы как. Я занимаюсь месяц (др упражнения). Между голенями расстояние было 6,2 см, сейчас 5,5 см. Между коленками, где должны соприкасаться, было 1,5 см, сейчас 0,5 - они почти соединились!! Хочу добавить еще эти упражнения для большего эффекта. Так что, поверьте, исправить ноги можно, но для этого нужно очень много работать и стараться не пропускать. Понимаю, что быстрого эффекта не будет, нужен минимум год или два, но я готова, т.к. результат уже есть.

ME EMOCIONA MUCHO HABER ENCONTRADO ESTE VIDEOO 😊 Me siento muy identificada por que yo también tengo piernas arqueadas, pie plano y rotación interna de rodilla. lo que me encanta de este video en específico (ya que si hay videos de ejercicios para piernas arqueadas) pero a diferencia de otros la chica explica para que sirve cada ejercicio lo cual es muy muy útil. descubrí que tenía esto por que note que algo andaba mal y fui con un ortopedista. llevo un tratamiento en el que debo de usar plantillas en mis zapatos, usar tenis de suela plana y hacer yoga. Muchos de los ejercicios que se hacen aquí los he platicado en rutinas de yoga así que les recomiendo practicar. Todo esto que he hecho me ha ayudado mucho para que mis piernas sean rectas sin embargo todavía no lo están del todo. parece que este video fue hecho especialmente para mi 😂😂 gracias por dedicarte a hacer este video! me consola que no soy la única que pasa por esto ❤ hare los ejercicios lo más diariamente que pueda y si noto resultados volveré para comentar como fue mi experencia.

Mình duy trì tập bài hiit 8 phút, bài cho cơ bụng dưới và gần đây là bài 8 phút khiêu vũ giảm cân cơ, 3 bài đó mình thấy có hiệu quả trộm vía, vẫn ăn uống bt mà người có sụt cân đi. Tập luyện khiến người thấy khoẻ nữa. Tại mình focus vào bụng với người, lại lười chỉ muốn tập 1 bài nên mặc dù chân bị vòng với bắp chân như kia nhưng lại ko theo bài này chăm chỉ :((

I also got unexpected results from this exercise!
This exercise doesn't only fix my bowed legs but also fix my toe position. My toes were pointed outward (they slightly bent toward the little toes) and never expected that there will be a solution to this. After a week of exercise, I noticed the differences. My toes become more straight, pointing to the front!

I've been doing this for 3 months just every 3-4 days but i can already see the results. My right knee used to turn inward but now it's getting forward. Although my knee hasn't really straight but this exercise definitely worth to try. And one thing that i noticed, i had a habit of w-sitting and i stopped doing that because it literally make every exercise i do become useless

Don't believe the nay sayers lol you can see in her video that there was a change in her own legs and she was standing pretty much the same way.
Look back at your legs as a child, were they straight? If they were then that means daily life habits have gotten it to a point where it is no longer straight. So by logic, if something can become curved then it can also be straightened.
Plus there are children born with in turned feet as well and there are posture adjusting shoes for them. My mom had this as a child as well and she forcebly taught herself to walk differently so she can adjust it. If there can be changes made to their feet and legs then why can't these changes be made to us?
Muscles, facia and bones all exist together to support our bodies. If there is a lack of balance in one area then something else will come in to support that. For example weak hamstrings will cause shoulder pain. If your hamstrings and glutes are weaker on one side then the shoulder on that side will experience more pain. It's your shoulder compensating for the weak glutes. Same thing with knees and hips. If your quads are alot stronger then your other leg muscles (most people's are since we regularly work the quads more by just climbing stairs) then obviously your bone structure will be effected as well. That's why she focuses on a excercise that works out the hamstrings in the video after all. Anyways try it out, I definitely felt my knees moving in ways it doesn't normally move.

For those who are questioning that this will work or not, this does 100% work, I saw results in just 3days , but for it to become proper, ig it will take a long time, but for now, it works and my bowed legs are a little less bowed

@@GulnaraSalvi, не подушечками пальцев, а делаешь движение как будто подушечкой стопы (вернее носочка) двигаешь предмет под стопой, например платочек. Надеюсь хоть немножко внесла ясность😉

I have bow legs and knock knees. I got it from my mom and dad. I haven't worn shorts or anything that shows my legs for almost 5 years. but because of this video, my legs are starting to become less bow and look straighter. I will do this for 3 months (already finished the first month) and hopefully my legs will be straight by the time the 3 months end.
