      I searched a week ago for exercises to lose weight and your video appeared to me two years ago ruclips.net/video/90a-Tf2jrVQ/видео.html and I continued to do it three times a day and in only two days I lost 5 cm when I started I was 19 after two days of exercises I became 18 5. After another two days, I became 18 and continued to do it, but after two days of continuing, I did not lose anything. I said maybe there was a mistake. I continued to do exercises for four days, but I did not lose anything.

    I did this exercise for 9 days and my thighs went from 59 cm to 55 cm. I did it 1-2 times a day. I did not follow a particular diet. my english is not good enough so i'm sorry.thank you so much April💓 you changed my life.

    Doing this for a week
    Current Measurments
    upper thighs: 57cm
    lower thighs: 54cm
    calves: 35cm
    Day 1: done, felt the burn! :))
    Day2: done, was a bit easier and felt the burn
    Day3: didnt have time
    Day4: done twice , the buurrnnn omg
    Day5: didnt have time , instead did a -13cm workout Routine
    Day6: done
    Day7: havent done it yet but here are my measurments!
    upper legs: 55.5cm
    lower legs: 52.5cm
    calves: 33cm

    R thigh: 55,5 cm. L thigh : 55 cm
    Calves: 36,5 cm
    Day 1 : ☑️ hard at the end
    Day 2 : ✅ dying at the "side plank and leg lift" and all the exercises after
    Day 3 : ✅ great but still struggling a lot during side plank
    Day 4 : ❌ I didn't do it because I'm doing a pilates program at the same time and today I had to work on my legs. I'll do it twice tomorrow tho, i guess isn't usefull but im guilty yk
    Day 5 : ❌ I did a 40 min pilate session, i was dead
    Day 6 : ✅ ok i did it. I realised that i should do all my workout and after pilate, like this I'll never skip days again 🎉. Btw today was less less hard than usual, even easy
    Day 7 : ✅ super easy

    I never wrote progress in the comments, perhaps this one will be the first. starting today (August 1, 2022)
    parameters before:
    waist 61.5 cm
    right thigh 49.5 cm

    weight 45.5 kg (I will weigh myself in the morning on an empty stomach)
    I also do 14/10 intermittent fasting and do other workouts (arms and waist)

    Start:
    Weight: 61.7 kg

    1.day: ✅ it was very hard, but I enjoyed it!
    2.day: ✅ I ate full bag of chips and chocolate, feel guilty :(
    3.day: ✅ I was excited about training :)
    4.day: ✅ feeling lazy, but still did it :)
    5.day: ✅ ate a lot of chocolate :(
    6.day: ✅ I was busy all day, but did it in the evening! Exercising now feels easy! 💪🏻
    7.day: ✅ grandpa’s birthday and I ate a lot. Exercises felt so hard to do + didn’t stretch.
    Final:
    Weight: 61.3 kg ( -0.4 kg )
    R thigh: 58 cm ( -1 cm )
    L thigh: 57.5 cm ( -1.5 cm )
    I tried to eat less, but as you can see by the notes it didn’t turned out successfully. 🥲

    I did this for a week along with intermittent fasting and sometimes a cardio and I can finally see some changes i struggled with my thighs for a long time and this definitely worked thank you ❤️❤️

    Hi! This is my first time commenting on a video but I wanna motivate myself to workout more. I started yesterday and I'll try to update this everyday until I finish the challenge.
    BEFORE MEASUREMENTS:
    L Thigh: 25.5", L Calf: 16.5"
    R Thigh: 26", L Calf: 17"
    Weight: 68 kg

    Day 3: ✔️ I almost didn't show up today because of school works but I did anyway 💖
    Day 4: ❌ I didn't do it today because I had to run an errand. Walked 2000+ steps tho so idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think I'll do it twice tomorrow.
    Day 5: ✔️ Did it twice today since I skipped yesterday.

    Challenge done! Here are my results:

    Wow I wasn't expecting to lose this much from just 1 week of this exercise but I am so proud of myself for pushing through.     First day: loved the excersise! Was a bit sore after but was worth it! So hyped up for the results!
    Day 2: sweatier then before. But also a bit easier! Could see a slight change!

    I've been doing this exercise for almost three months and I can say its a really beneficial exercise but it didn't make to many difference on my legs since everyone has different body types.for example my thighs reduced 2 cm per week. my thighs were 67 cm and it ended up at 57cm (i measure from the thickest place) but for calves they were 38 and ended up at 37 there's a little impact but still good.believe in yourself and keep going! thank you for this exercise April.

    I've did her other workout for legs and it kinda worked so trying these exercises for a week again
    Before workout:-
    Right leg:-
    Thigh:- 19.5 inches
    Calf:- 13.7 inches
    Left leg:-
    Thigh:-19 inches
    Calf:- 12.9 inches
    Let's see if this workout really helps you legs to become slim
    Day 1:- My thighs and calves can feel the burn
    Day 2:- My legs are paining like hell🔥🔥v
    Day 3:- I did these workouts early in the morning
    Day 4:- i couldn't do the leg massage part
    Day 5:- Completed the workout
    Day 6:- Completed
    Day 7:- ✅ done
    Results after the workout

    Okey so here are my results. I have been doing these exercises for a week know and i am trying to eat healthier. Overall I lost like 1 cm on my calves and 2 cm or so on my thighs. However, for me visible change is more important than numbers. Not only I but even other people have seen drastic changes in my legs. They seem soo much thinner now. So thank you soo much April!

    My thighs are currently 59.5cm, I'm doing this workout for a week while following a diet :)
    Week 1: ✓✓✓✓✓✓✓
    Results: my thighs are 57 cm now!😳 I'll do this for another week
    Week 2: ✓✓×✓✓×✓
    Results: 56 cm (-1cm)
    Didn't lose much bcz I didn't count calories and wasn't consistent with exercises, but it's still something
    I'll do things better so I'll lose another 2cm by next Thursday
    Week 3 results: still 56cm🥹
    Idk now they're not slimming down anymore, but I don't have much free time during the day to do sport, so for now I'll be fine with it and keep exercising. I think my main problem is that i don't have a foam roller bcz my parents don't want to buy it, so I use a thermal bottle to massage my legs. Now they're full of bruises :(
    I decided I'll go on walks everyday and do this workout too, I'll update the results by next Sunday (13/11)

    Week 1
    day 1 ➛ ✅ Did it once ! I don't have the foam roller and I massaged my calves :D Good exercise even though it burns !
    day 2 ➛ ✅ Did it once ! Good exercise:) It doesn't really burn anymore.
    day 3 ➛ ✅ Did it once !
    day 4 ➛ ✅ Did it once, also i did some of the stretches!
    day 5 ➛ ✅ Did it once.
    day 6 ➛ ✅ Did it once ! ^_^ Really good and it feels easy now.
    day 7 ➛ ✅ Did it once! , I've decided to eat healthy, and stop eating fast, junk foods in order to get better results.

    Nothing really changed as expected, but that doesn't mean I'll stop ^_^ I'm still gonna continue and get the result i want :> I wasn't really following the healthy plate so maybe that's why.

    Я делаю упражнения второй месяц. Сделала себе список с видео - на грудные мышцы, осанка, руки, два на пресс, тазовое дно и два на бедра. Многие жалуются что бедра меньше не стали, так мои тоже но они стали плотнее, прощупываются мыщцы. В целом с размера L я подтянула тело до M размера. Сейчас я добавила ещё кардио 20 минут с этого же канала. Занимаюсь будние дни, выходные отдыхаю, стараюсь есть меньше вредной еды, чувствую себя намного энергичнее. Сбросила я примерно 2-3 кг, - 1см с рук, - 3см бедро, - 3см ягодицы, - 2 см икры, ~10 см в талии., мой рост 156, 32 года,весила я почти 69кг,сейчас 65-66(вес прыгает из за воды в организме, это нормально) Спасибо большое за видео!

    result: both went from 59 cm to 57 cm. even though I don't do it regularly. but every evening I massage my leg. this was too much for my legs, I even got a 3 day report from school because I couldn't walk. don't push yourself too hard!!! 🥺

    Doing this for a week or more(?)
    Day 1: ✅ I did do a 9-11 minute upper inner thigh leg workout (don’t remember the time) beforehand, alongside an ab routine, so I was worn out. I did complete this workout, though! The only thing I did differently was I put my legs up flat against the wall for the roller stretches.

    hello, i will be doing this workout for 1 week and hopefully get results:)

    Day 1: ✅did it and could feel the burn through the whole workout
    Day 2: ✅did it :)))
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ❎ didnt do it today, BUT went for a long walk and had 10k+ steps
    Day 5: did it today and could defenitly feel the burn after not doing it for a day
    Day 6: did it.
    Day 7: i didnt do the whole workout bc my body is so tired from the week but can recommend this workout. i also tried my best to eat healthy which may have an effect on my resuslts

    Всем добрый день! Хотела поделиться своим результатом. Тренировалась неделю, не ограничивала себя (ела и пиццу, и пельмени), но не ела много (4 приема пищи). Итог: -3см с каждой ноги, учитывая, что ничто мне не помогало.

    My name is Asma. I am from Pakistan. I did follow this pattern for 10 days. My weight is 91 kgs. I dropped 1 kg in last 10 days. My thigh was 29.5 inches and now its 28 inches. I followed no diet but I did 30 * 3x all of the above exercises. It helped me burn a lot. The only problem I faced was unbearavle pain in my legs tht moved upto lower abdomen. I took cranberry sachet that releived the pain. Else perfect.

    Day 3: Slight changes in thighs

    Day 5: Thighs are getting slimmer and so are calves

    My thighs are definitely getting slimmer but there are no visible changes when I wear clothes right now. I was suggest doing different workouts at the same time as this one to push your body more.

    I have been doing your saddlebags exercise for like a year my legs were in shape of X and i add that video in my workout playlist and that's really effective they are now in in straight shape almost...now i will add this one to reduce my thigh fat. Thank you so much April ❤️
    Edit: OMG there is foam roller exercise too 😱 i just ordered that thing from Amazon and it will be delivered in 4 to 5 days looks like I can do the alternative exercise till then. So excited 😀

    I'm gonna be honest, I only did this yesterday and today but whenever i finish doing this i can touch my toes 👀however when i wake up, I cant touch them until I do this again. So whether or not this works for you and slims down your legs or not, its still a really good stretch!!

    ♡ DAY 1 : Ďøñë (kind of hard but it was super fun to do )
    ♡ DAY 2: Đőňĕ
    ♡ DAY 3: Ďôńė (Getting easier-but the leg clap is killing me )
    ♡ DAY 4: ĎÔŃÊ
    ♡ DAY 5: ĎÒÑÈ (I DID 1O MIN CARDIO because I was too motivated 😂)
    ♡ DAY 6: Missed (my ankle got injured 😫)
    ♡ DAY 7: missed (same reason)
    ☆Results: it works , I should have done it 2 times a day for better results, my thighs look slimmer , I definitely recommend this , thank you April 🤍
    Notes: I'll not do any diet ,I'm just going to avoid snacks and fast food

    hi, it's almost the beginning of the school for me, so i'm gonna do the workout for 1 week straight, let's go!
    measurements before the workout :
    left thigh : 51.5 cm - right thigh : 51 cm
    left calve : +36 cm - right calve : 37 cm
    Day 1 : ✅
    Day 2 : ✅ it was a little bit harder but I keep going!
    Day 3 : ❌no unfortunately, but I have gone to the gym.
    Day 4 : ❌I also go to the gym and I did the legs, so I don't want to overdo it
    Day 5 : ❌ I'm so sore, sorry, I know it's annoying when people don't do the challenge correctly, but now I can't
    Day 6 : ❌ 🔼Same
    Day 7 : ✅it was easier from last time
    Results after one chaotic week :
    left thigh : 50 cm - right thigh : 50 cm
    left calve : 35 cm - right calve : +35 cm
    I'm pretty satisfied, but I want to continue because we want even more of course

    Have been doing this exercise every day since 4/11/2022 (skipped 2 days), one set each day with calories intake of 1000-1500 daily. But not much difference up until today:
    Thigh: 51cm
    Calf: 30cm
    Will continue and add on with another set of leg slimming exercise.

      Id like to say 1000 is way too low!! It can mess your metabolism up. The lowest you should go is 1,500 and burn the rest off. If you eat lower thsn that you risk being malnourished, having deficiencies, and hurting your metabolism. After i upped my intake to 1,500 and ate healthy I actually started gaining muscle quicker and burning fat faster. My anemia hasnt been as bad of a problem and i havent been having brain fog memory issues or body weakness. Also drink 2l of water a day!

    I tried this exercise and might I say while I was doing the moves I felt like I was going to die. My leg was burning, numb, and shaking. But I pushed through it and after the workout ended my legs felt perfectly normal again. They didn’t feel weak and numb. I highly recommend!

    I ALMOST DIED
