      N&N I did one set every single day along with my workout plan, and my legs are straighter after I started working out too. Also, remember to change your bad positions, and you should see a difference very soon! Got luck!❤️

      @@akshita074 not just babies, most women genetically have curved legs because we have wider hips than men and our bones need to be further apart for easier childbirth.

    this seriously seriously works ;-; I had bow legs for a long time, I even didn’t wear knee length dresses/pants because of it. Now my legs are straight enough that my knees almost touch - barely 2 cm between them. I did one set/day for about a month, no other exercises (and pay attention to April’s tips about bad posture). I am past puberty so I though my legs could not be much straighter - now I can wear clothes more freely and avoid back pain later in life. Thank you April ;-;

      Me I have now legs...for a while now. I don't wear dresses, or jeans (skinny) (I just wear large jeans and pant )etc...While doing these exercises, when did you see the changes? You were doing everything like in the video (exactly the same timing?).( I'm sorry if I misunderstood your comment, my English is not so good. 😅)

    I've been doing these workout outs at random for the past few months and I can tell my legs have gotten a lot straighter. As someone who's been trying to get rid of the bow legs for so long I am truly grateful.

    I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks and I can already see a difference, I never really noticed but I did have false wide hips.. my butt is lifted and my legs look straighter than before, somehow my flexibility has increased too.. thankyou so much for this video and all your other vids!!       I still don’t get it.. is it the false wide hip means that excessive fat store in our hip & saddlebags? I used to have wide hip and excessive fat store in my saddlebags & I wanna get rid of it.. so can I do this exercise to get rid of it?

      Wafa Romero well false wide hips are basically your femur internally rotating changing your knee shape and creating an illusion of wide hips..which may look appealing from the outside but it‘S very painful.. it’s not necessarily fat, it’s just your bones rotating.. this exercise may help with lifting your butt but I’m not too sure about burning saddlebag fat.. hope this helped :)

    My legs look straighter. I'm also paying attention to my posture. I realize I used to cross my legs a lot and walk with my toes inward.

    I'm also following a routine to fix pelvic tilt because it made my knees hyperextented and made legs look even more bowed and short. My entire posture was a mess 😜

      In the video, it says you should do the workout once a day, that's what I did. But I suppose you can do it twice (in the morning and in the evening) if you have more time.

      @@purrtygirl10 The thing that no one tells you is that if you have hyperextended knees it's because there's another imbalance in your body and your knees bend to correct this imbalance. If like me you have hyperextended knees you may also have what is called pelvic tilt (an imbalance in your hips). I was following the video from the RUclips Austin Goh to get rid of pelvic tilt and also doing stretching everyday to release the tensions responsible for any imbalance. Also, if you play sport and always work the same muscle groups, it creates an imbalance because you'll have a group of muscles that is weaker than the other, and imbalance is back again. Hope my message is understandable 😊

    Btw besides that I’m doing April’s lower leg, fat burn, arm, upper leg videos. I’ll start doing abs a day after I start doing those workouts. Also, I started eating healthy four days ago, but I didn’t change the amount of food I eat in a day, so I can’t loose weight that way.🙈
    My main goal is to put my body in a shape and loose weight of course. So, I want to update my weight too.

    I've been doing this for 4 or 5 days now and my knees are now only a cm or two apart and it's much easier to get them to touch! My legs look so much longer and straighter I'll continue to do this!
    After two weeks, my legs very nearly touch, and though they don't yet they look a lot straighter!

      @@華麗リリィ これだけだとかなり時間かかると思うんですが一応O脚は改善されるので足が真っ直ぐになることで多少長く見えるようになると思います。
      でも脚を長くするなら、骨盤周りの歪みを整えて、特に下っ腹、内もも辺りの筋トレをする方を全力ですすめます! 特に内ももあたりの筋肉を鍛えると膝下の骨の歪みがなくなるのでスネの外側に筋肉が張らなくなるし、ももとお尻がキュッとしまるのでめちゃめちゃ長く見えるようになります~😊

    It works remarkably. After about 3 weeks I noticed my legs are way straighter.
    When I started doing it I was sceptical because it didn't challenge me but still this is very effective.

      @@imaarmygirl459 To be honest it was long ago and I no longer care if my legs aren't straight. It probably helps but most of all deciding to exercise to be able to accept yourself will work.
      Sports make me feel accomplished.

    Thanks to this 30days program my left hip is 90% fixed. I always got my left knee twisted because of the false wide hip matter. I'll keep 5 of those exercises for a new daily routine ! Thank you a lot April Han

    I can tell that after 10 days of doing these I'm seeing I difference and I even like it for my back. Some of these exercises remind me of the ones I did at kinesiology sessions when I had a herniated disc and like those, they feel very relaxing and soothing for my back :)

    I've been doing this for 2 years now only 3x a week. My pants aren't so tight in the thigh area anymore because my alignment got so much better.

      @@kfc_shinnosuke4210 前と比べたらだいぶ真っ直ぐになりましたよ〜膝のすぐ下あたりの外側の出っ張りが明らかにへこんで、それだけでも全然違って見えます。
      毎日できてない私でも変わったので、毎日やったら多分相当効果あると思います!

      @@heiwapeace2721 一時期は受験で忙しかったのでやってませんでしたがまたやり始めました。受験直後の2週間くらいは毎日やっていて、今は思い出した時にやるって感じでやってます。課題とかで忙しいので多く見積っても週3日とかだと思います。それも全部の動きをやってるわけじゃなくて、ほとんどの日は効果が大きい気がしてるやつだけです。具体的には、貝のやつとカエルのやつです。あと1番初めのピンと立つやつも、効果の程は小さいように感じますがお手軽なので思い出したらやっています(これは信号待ちの時とか、ほんとに気がついたその時にできるから良い!)。
      受験期も、この動画のストレッチ?こそしていなかったものの座り方とかを気をつけていたので、今までずっとO脚がコンプレックスでしたが自分で気にならなくなるくらいまで改善しました。一般的に見たらまだ「真っ直ぐ!!!」ではないと思いますが私は満足しています。

    I have one request: could you pleeeease do a video for a carrying angle / cubitus valgus in the elbows? That would be so helpful.

      Yup, I pairs with the video from Zoey Zhuo for fixing knock knees, ruclips.net/video/mr92T_xzSLI/видео.html. I did this two almost one month, and my leg straight a lot. If do either one, the result may not so obvious and fast.

    I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but I just want to thank April for this workout!! I admit I didn't do this workout consistently, and only did it when the thought came to my mind, but it definitely helped me out!
    I payed attention to my walking posture and focused on using my weaker muscles, along with stretching and massaging my tight and bulkier muscles nearly every day.
    Before when I laid on the floor and lifted my legs, my calves could barely touch each other, if I forced them together my knees would turn outwards, but now they can touch and stay straight, I've never been more ecstatic!!
    I also noticed a difference in how I stood, I felt taller (numbers proved me wrong though 😔) and straighter but overall extremely pleased with my results.
    I'm still growing so I don't have any curves, but I've noticed that my body shape is more of a rectangle? I barely have any hips, which makes my thighs look a bit out of proportion. Sadly, due to the long hours of sitting in a desk at school, I can't do much about it.. 😢

      @@АннаМарусина-ю2д тут надо делать все в комплексе, а по-кушать я так не люблю (не люблю - в кавычках), но продолжаю делать, и плюс с понедельника по одному-два человека запускают в зал (спортзал), и ещё там тружусь.

    腿型沒有變化的很明顯,畢竟是幾十年的X型腿,想改變仍須努力
    但臀圍減了很多,家人說有變瘦
    我是覺得腿沒有瘦很多
    但我還是會持續做下去

    love this video. I've been doing it for a few weeks and I can tell a difference both visually and how my lower body feels. It's defintely helped my pelvic floor too and I'm able to better engage my lower abs and inner thighs during workouts. Thanks!

    OMG Thank you so much!! Just on the first try, my hip bones don't have the false sound anymore when I walk. I can definitely feel the change. My walking is so much smoother now.

      La caderas anchas falsas permiten tener el thigh gaph...o.o sabías??? Se forma el espacio entre las piernas... Gracias a las caderas separadas

    This works! I've been doing it 3x a week for 2 years now. I got noticeably taller by a few cm. My shorts and pants look better on me now because my thighs are in good alignment.

      Did you have bow legs? If so could you see clear changes on your lower legs?

      @@arzubulut1103 i think I have slight bow legs but there's not much difference in my lower legs. My thigh alignment got so much better.
