Whoah! I came back to this video because I’ve been thinking of doing the challenges again, this time maybe around 2 months? I did this workout routine a year ago. For two months straight. I was 82kg (163cm) back then, and after I followed this workout routine, I lost 14kg (maintain diet and calorie intake). PHYSICAL: I lost 3/4 lbs, and 5cm from my waist! It’s not a lot, but I was on the smaller side to begin with (not tryna be braggy aha) and I’m very happy with my results! When i look in the mirror (front) I can visibly see a change and from the side, my stomach is a lot flatter! (Though not completely, but that’s to be expected, it’s only 30 days.)
When i started, I had NOTHING, and I now its visible? Ofc, not as defined as the workout gurus, but still defined and visible nontheless! I’ve NEVER in my life had visible muscle, and now that I do, Ithis has motivated me like nothing else! It’s like there’s been an eternal 2% increase in my happiness aha

I have been doing this for a month and only missed 1 day so far. I do it every night before going to bed and also started doing a diet with it and so far went from 79 cm to 72 cm around my waist. Unfortunately my abs do not look as great as in the video after 30 days but I can still see a few abs forming around my ribs. I really recommend this workout for anyone who wants to start exercising and get motivated but if you want better results I would recommending doing this alongside other workouts and atleast twice a day.

Day 1 : Did it 🌟 i do it at the same time with the thighs exercices so it's hard lol
Days 2 : Did it 🌟 it still hard ahah but it's bc I hurt my leg. My body didn't hurt after the first day but i feel like it'll hurt tommorow 😞 (It didn't hirt at all except my leg)
Day 3 : Did it 🌟 it'd hard bc i'm no flexible and i can't really extend my legs when i need to 🙄 I weight myself today and i'm 55.5 kg, It probably have something to do with the exercices, bc i do Chloe ting warm up, April Han thighs and abs and i stretch/cooldown exercices everyday after all of this.

Day 1: I'm not too unfit so it may be easier for me to get the abs, but don't worry, you can do it too! It's not too tricky in terms of cardio/endurance but some of the technique is hard. If I can't do it I replace it with Russian twists! Good Luck everyone! xx

So I had 2 surgeries that kept me out of dance for over a year now, and one kept me basically bed ridden for almost 4 months because of complications. I wasn’t feeling comfortable in my body, so I am trying to get back to where I was. This is my progress!
Day 1: Felt the burn big time, but wasn’t sore after
Day 2: Felt the burn again, but it was easier to finish. Saw some minor results the next morning.
Day 3: I really really felt the burn when doing the hip dips exercise, but I kept going. This was the first day I did everything straight through, and didn’t need to pause for a minute to breathe! Still not feeling sore though.
Day 4: Turns out I was sore after day 3 after all haha. I felt it while doing the exercises again, but I pushed through anyway. I tried to really focus on my breath today, since the technique was starting to feel a bit more familiar to me.
Day 5: I was definitely sore this day before working out, especially my sides. It made it harder to push through the workout, but I got through it in the end. Felt very satisfied and accomplished after as well, which was an added bonus :)
Day 6: this was the hardest day yet. I felt like giving up halfway through, but I begrudgingly pushed through and got it done. I think tomorrow will be my rest day haha.
Day 7: almost didn’t do this today because I am not feeling well. I powered through it anyway and feel completely exhausted, but I’m proud of my hard work.
Day 8: today was definitely the easiest day! I still don’t feel 100% better from being sick, but I did this workout, then another smaller core workout and then 3 back exercises and I feel great!
Day 9: I’m a bit sore from the day before, but I pushed through. And neat update: some pants that fit two weeks ago when I bought them are a bit big now!
Day 10: I had to skip a couple of days because of an injury in my shoulder, but I did notice that I was starting to get more definition in my core. This day it was a little harder, but I was coming back from a break so it’s okay
Day 11: today was a super busy day, so I was happy to get away from studying and work to do this! I was a little bloated today, but I felt good after working out because it didn’t seem as difficult as yesterday!

@@соняэлизабет занималась 24 дня, животик подтянулся и стал симпатичным, талия на 3 см уменьшилась,поднималось настроение после тренировки. Для хорошего результата советую убрать сладкое и делать эту тренировку 2-3 раза в день. Если бы я как делала у меня животик стал бы ещё лучше

I’ve recently done Chloe Ting’s 2 weeks shred but have constantly done April’s thigh workout. After the 2 weeks shred, i did Chloe Ting’s abs & 11 line while doing April’s thigh. Now I’m going to try April’s abs and thighs while putting Chloe’s on pause to see which works better, or maybe on alternative days! :)

Dia 3❎: Hoy no me dieron ganas de hacer nada.
Día 4☑️: Volví a hacer los ejercicios ya no me duele tanto.
Día 5☑️: Sentí que hice muy bien los ejercicios.
Dia 6❎: No tuve tiempo.
Día 7☑️: Me dolia un poco el cuerpo pero lo soporte.
